【摘要】：綠色創(chuàng)新旨在為經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供可能,日益得到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注,高層管理者對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新實(shí)施效果發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文以2011—2014年上海證券交易所上市的重污染企業(yè)為研究樣本,查閱樣本企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任報(bào)告中相關(guān)披露內(nèi)容,對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行定量研究�；诟唠A梯隊(duì)理論,本文采用排序選擇模型對(duì)高層管理者背景特征,如任期、性別、年齡、受教育程度、職業(yè)背景、政治關(guān)聯(lián)與綠色創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并對(duì)國(guó)有企業(yè)和非國(guó)有企業(yè)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,任期對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著負(fù)向影響,受教育程度對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著正向影響;在國(guó)有企業(yè)中,男性所占比重對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著負(fù)向影響;在非國(guó)有企業(yè)中,年齡對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著正向影響,具有生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、技術(shù)背景的管理者比重對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著負(fù)向影響,在政府機(jī)構(gòu)任職的高層管理者比重對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新有顯著正向影響。
[Abstract]:The aim of green innovation is to provide the possibility for the sustainable development of economy, environment and society, and get more and more attention from all walks of life. The senior managers play an important role in the implementation of green innovation. This paper takes the heavily polluted enterprises listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2011-2014 as the research sample, looks up the related disclosures in the sample corporate social responsibility report, and carries on the quantitative research to the green innovation. Based on the theory of higher echelons, this paper uses the ranking selection model to test the relationship between senior managers' background characteristics, such as tenure, gender, age, education level, professional background, political association and green innovation. And to the state-owned enterprise and non-state-owned enterprise carries on the contrast analysis. The results show that tenure has a significant negative impact on green innovation, education level has a significant positive impact on green innovation; in state-owned enterprises, the proportion of men has a significant negative impact on green innovation; in non-state-owned enterprises, Age has a significant positive impact on green innovation, and the proportion of managers with production, R & D and technology background has a significant negative impact on green innovation, and the proportion of senior managers in government institutions has a significant positive impact on green innovation.
