動畫出品商的服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建及供應(yīng)商選擇評價研究

【摘要】:隨著動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,國家扶持力度的加大,對動畫企業(yè)也提出了更高的要求,這對于動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)來說是機會也是挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前,我國動畫出品商由于還未建立起一條完整的服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,發(fā)展岌岌可危。因此,尋求現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)模式的優(yōu)化途徑、強化產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合治理機制是動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)公司急需解決的首要任務(wù)。本文主要針對我國小型不參與制作的動畫出品商,即為動畫的制作提供資金并進行監(jiān)督的公司。那么誰有權(quán)力整體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和統(tǒng)籌對于動畫的準備和投資工作呢?當(dāng)然是動畫出品商,同時,他們還決定著相關(guān)工作人員包括導(dǎo)演與聲優(yōu)的選擇。動畫出品商需要了解動畫的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作,充分掌握住收視群體的思想及產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場動向,要統(tǒng)籌兼顧提高運作監(jiān)管水平。本篇文章從服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈理論出發(fā),隨后針對相關(guān)問題進行比較研究和透徹全面的分析,最后把與服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈有關(guān)聯(lián)的知識理論和模型應(yīng)用技術(shù)完好的運用在動畫制作中。通過對動畫出品商服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的含義、意義以及模型構(gòu)建做初步分析,對動畫設(shè)計制作階段,要充分了解各個環(huán)節(jié)的銜接要點,開發(fā)思維慣性,構(gòu)建了以動畫出品商為服務(wù)總集成商的動畫服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈模型。在對動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中出品商進行服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的操作過程中,出品商有權(quán)利也有義務(wù)對服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中全部相關(guān)主體進行管理和監(jiān)控,主要包括對其資金流和信息流的把握,以及主體的績效,能力與具體實施流程。動畫出品商在對于服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈進行實踐操作的整個過程中,應(yīng)嚴謹?shù)臍w納供應(yīng)商進行監(jiān)管和抉擇的決策性意義,并能夠講述動畫出品商與服務(wù)供應(yīng)商強強聯(lián)合的重要性。這就要求我們從動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的特點出發(fā),努力研究動畫企業(yè)的運行模式,進而建立健全合適的行業(yè)評價以及相互合作評價估值系統(tǒng),結(jié)合動畫發(fā)行方的主要流程運作現(xiàn)狀特點編制動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)考量標(biāo)準,此項標(biāo)準要參考動畫出品商選擇長期合作伙伴的特定需求制定。本論文采取的是二級模糊綜合評價法與博弈論兩種方法,對供應(yīng)者的使用方案及標(biāo)準通過論述和實證進行考量,以實證結(jié)果保證其科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of animation industry and the increase of national support, animation enterprises also put forward higher requirements, which is an opportunity and a challenge for animation industry. At present, Chinese animation producers have not established a complete service supply chain, development is in jeopardy. Therefore, it is an urgent task for animation industry company to seek the way to optimize the existing industrial model and strengthen the comprehensive management mechanism of the industry. This paper mainly aims at the small animation producers who do not participate in the production of animation, that is, the companies that provide funds and supervise the production of animation. So who has the power to lead and co-ordinate the preparation and investment of animation as a whole? Animation producers, of course, also determine the choice of relevant staff, including directors and sound excellence. Animation producers need to understand the artistic creation of animation, fully grasp the views of audience groups and the market trend of industry, and improve the level of operation supervision. This paper starts from the theory of service supply chain, then carries on the comparative research and thorough comprehensive analysis to the related question, finally applies the knowledge theory and the model application technology which have the correlation with the service supply chain in the animation production. Through the preliminary analysis of the meaning, significance and model construction of the service supply chain of the animation producer, we should fully understand the key points of each link in the animation design and manufacture stage, and develop the inertia of thinking. An animation service supply chain model with animation producer as service integrator is constructed. In the process of operating the service supply chain of the producer in the animation industry, the producer has the right and the obligation to manage and monitor all the relevant subjects in the service supply chain, mainly including the grasp of its capital flow and information flow. As well as the main body performance, ability and specific implementation process. In the whole process of practicing the service supply chain, the animation producer should sum up the decision meaning of the supervision and choice of the supplier strictly, and be able to tell the importance of the strong association between the animation producer and the service supplier. This requires us to study the operation mode of animation enterprises from the characteristics of animation industry itself, and then establish a sound and sound industry evaluation and evaluation system of mutual cooperation. According to the current characteristics of the main process operation of the animation publisher, the standard of animation industry consideration should be drawn up, which should refer to the specific needs of the animation producer to select long-term partners. In this paper, the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the game theory method are adopted. The use scheme and standard of the supplier are considered through discussion and demonstration, and the scientific results are guaranteed by the empirical results.
