【摘要】：正制造業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體,是科技創(chuàng)新的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),是立國(guó)之本、興國(guó)之器、強(qiáng)國(guó)之基。自18世紀(jì)中葉工業(yè)文明伊始,歷史就一再證明,沒有強(qiáng)大的制造業(yè)就沒有國(guó)家和民族的強(qiáng)盛。21世紀(jì)的中國(guó)要提升綜合國(guó)力、保障國(guó)家安全、建設(shè)世界強(qiáng)國(guó),必須大力打造具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的制造業(yè)。創(chuàng)新是制造業(yè)發(fā)展的引擎,是結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的不竭動(dòng)力。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,要形成經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)新動(dòng)力,塑造國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)新優(yōu)勢(shì),重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy, the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation, the foundation of the establishment of the country, the weapon of rejuvenating the country and the foundation of the powerful country. Since the beginning of industrial civilization in the middle of the 18th century, history has proved time and again that without strong manufacturing, there would be no country and nation's prosperity. China in the 21st century should enhance its comprehensive national strength, safeguard its national security, and build a world power. We must make great efforts to build an internationally competitive manufacturing industry. Innovation is the engine of the development of manufacturing industry and the inexhaustible power of structural adjustment, optimization and transformation of development mode.
