行為安全管理系統(tǒng)中企業(yè)員工安全意識(shí)的研究

【摘要】:近年來我國企業(yè)的安全問題日益突出,安全生產(chǎn)形勢不容樂觀。頻發(fā)的企業(yè)安全事故,給國家和企業(yè)帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,也給人們的人身安全與健康造成了無法逆轉(zhuǎn)的傷害。研究表明,人的不安全行為是造成安全事故發(fā)生的主要原因。在眾多影響安全行為的因素中,安全意識(shí)成為主要的參量指標(biāo)。本文將研究視角放在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,從影響員工安全意識(shí)的人因的角度出發(fā),分析人因的主要影響因素之一——交互關(guān)系。交互關(guān)系作為人與人之間的信息流通渠道,不僅對員工個(gè)體安全意識(shí)起到主導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)對企業(yè)員工整體的安全意識(shí)水平也起到?jīng)Q定作用。首先,基于行為安全管理系統(tǒng),以企業(yè)員工為研究對象,利用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論分析企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的交互關(guān)系及其安全意識(shí),同時(shí)根據(jù)目前企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析了兩者之間的作用關(guān)系。然后,分析了企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工交互關(guān)系的主要影響因素。根據(jù)理論分析和企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,將影響員工交互關(guān)系的因素分為個(gè)人屬性、個(gè)人素養(yǎng)、溝通技能及外在環(huán)境,進(jìn)而編制和設(shè)計(jì)了19個(gè)關(guān)于員工交互關(guān)系影響因素的觀測指標(biāo)。通過在鞍山某企業(yè)發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、收集并整理數(shù)據(jù),利用結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)方程建立系統(tǒng)模型,采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法分析不同因素對企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工交互關(guān)系的影響作用。其次,分析了企業(yè)內(nèi)部不同的員工交互關(guān)系對員工安全意識(shí)的影響作用。根據(jù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工交互關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀,編制和設(shè)計(jì)了12個(gè)關(guān)于交互關(guān)系對員工安全意識(shí)影響作用的觀測指標(biāo)。通過進(jìn)一步的問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)整理,采用主成分分析的方法分析不同的交互關(guān)系對員工安全意識(shí)的影響程度。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,得出了該企業(yè)員工安全意識(shí)的綜合評價(jià)公式。再次,建立Lotka-Volterra模型,同時(shí)針對模型仿真后平衡點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)不穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。根據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果制定了不同的員工交互關(guān)系改善方案,并采用模型模擬改善方案作用前后員工安全意識(shí)的變化。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了改善方案的可行性,同時(shí)也進(jìn)一步分析和說明了企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工交互關(guān)系對員工安全意識(shí)的影響作用。最后,根據(jù)上述實(shí)證分析及仿真結(jié)果,得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論。并以提升員工安全意識(shí)和確保企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)為目標(biāo),給出了具體的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the safety problem of our country enterprise is more and more prominent, the safe production situation is not optimistic. The frequent enterprise safety accidents have brought huge economic losses to the country and enterprises, and also caused irreversible harm to people's personal safety and health. The study shows that human unsafe behavior is the main cause of safety accidents. Among the many factors affecting safety behavior, safety awareness is the main parameter index. In this paper, the author puts the research perspective on the enterprise interior and analyzes the interaction, one of the main influencing factors of human factors, from the point of view of the human factors that affect the safety consciousness of employees. Interaction, as a channel of information circulation between people, not only plays a leading role in the individual safety awareness of employees, but also plays a decisive role in the overall level of safety awareness of employees in enterprises. First of all, based on the behavior safety management system, taking the enterprise staff as the research object, using the complex system theory to analyze the interaction relationship and the security consciousness of the employees within the enterprise, at the same time, according to the current situation of the enterprise, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two. Then, the main influencing factors of employee interaction are analyzed. According to the theoretical analysis and the current situation of the enterprise, the factors that affect the employee interaction are divided into personal attributes, personal accomplishment, communication skills and external environment, and then 19 observation indexes about the influencing factors of employee interaction are compiled and designed. A questionnaire was distributed in an Anshan enterprise to collect and arrange the data. The system model was established by using the structural state equation. The influence of different factors on the employee interaction was analyzed by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Secondly, the influence of different employee interaction on employee safety consciousness is analyzed. According to the present situation of employee interaction in enterprises, 12 observation indexes about the effect of interaction on employee safety consciousness were compiled and designed. Through further questionnaire survey and data collation, principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the influence of different interaction on employee safety awareness. According to the analysis result, the comprehensive evaluation formula of the employee's safety consciousness is obtained. Thirdly, the Lotka-Volterra model is established, and the instability of equilibrium point after simulation is improved. According to the above analysis results, different employee interaction improvement schemes were developed, and a model was used to simulate the changes of employee safety awareness before and after the improvement program. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the improved scheme, and at the same time, further analyze and explain the effect of employee interaction on employee safety awareness. Finally, according to the above empirical analysis and simulation results, the relevant conclusions are obtained. In order to enhance the safety awareness of employees and ensure the safety of production as the goal, the specific suggestions for improvement are given.
