【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們越來越喜歡在網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行社交活動。虛擬社區(qū)作為一種在線信息交流平臺,近年來得到了迅速發(fā)展。目前,學(xué)者們對虛擬社區(qū)的研究大多是對用戶參與動機(jī)、滿意度等方面的研究,缺乏對用戶整個參與周期的追蹤研究。而對于虛擬社區(qū)而言,大量且穩(wěn)定的用戶群體是其長期發(fā)展的保障。所以,研究用戶的長期參與行為,探究用戶流失的原因,對虛擬社區(qū)的發(fā)展是十分重要的。生存分析法可以研究事件的發(fā)生以及持續(xù)時間等問題,在用戶流失的研究方面具有一定的適用性。本文運用生存分析法,對知識型虛擬社區(qū)的用戶進(jìn)行追蹤分析,研究用戶的的生存時間及其影響因素。本文從社會資本、社區(qū)支持、個人特征三大方面研究用戶行為的影響因素,首先分別搜集了2008年、2014年對此論壇用戶的調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù),又在2016年對這部分用戶的實際參與行為的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了抓取,利用SPSS21分析軟件中的壽命表分析法、Kaplan-Meier分析、COX回歸模型等方法分析了虛擬社區(qū)不同發(fā)展階段用戶生存時間的分布狀況以及影響因素。本文研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在虛擬社區(qū)的發(fā)展較早的時期,影響用戶生存時間的保護(hù)因素有參與水平、受教育程度、社區(qū)對用戶自由表達(dá)的支持(FE)、社區(qū)對用戶溝通交流的支持(SMC),即它們的取值越高,用戶流失的風(fēng)險越低。論壇用戶生存時間的危險因素有性別,在這里性別因素的作用表示男性用戶流失低于女性。(2)在虛擬社區(qū)發(fā)展較成熟的時期,影響用戶生存時間的保護(hù)因素有受教育程度、身份地位、認(rèn)知社會資本(CSC)和社區(qū)對用戶自由表達(dá)的支持(FE),即它們的取值越高,用戶流失風(fēng)險越低。本文的研究既是對虛擬社區(qū)相關(guān)研究理論的補(bǔ)充,也對促進(jìn)虛擬社區(qū)的長期發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, people are more and more interested in social activities on the Internet. As an online information exchange platform, virtual community has developed rapidly in recent years. At present, most of the research on virtual community is about user participation motivation and satisfaction, and lack of tracking research on the whole participation cycle of users. For virtual community, a large number of stable user groups are the guarantee of its long-term development. Therefore, it is very important for the development of virtual community to study the long-term participation behavior of users and explore the reasons for the loss of users. Survival analysis can be used to study the occurrence and duration of events, and is applicable to the study of user loss. In this paper, we use survival analysis method to track and analyze the users of the knowledge based virtual community, and study the survival time of the users and their influencing factors. This paper studies the influencing factors of user behavior from three aspects: social capital, community support and personal characteristics. Firstly, we collect the questionnaire data of users of this forum in 2008 and 2014, respectively. In 2016, data on the actual engagement behavior of this group of users were captured. By using the life table analysis method in SPSS21 software, Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox regression model, this paper analyzes the distribution of user's life time and its influencing factors in different stages of virtual community development. The results of this paper show that: (1) in the early period of the development of virtual community, the protective factors affecting the user's survival time are participation level and education level. Community support for user free expression (FE), community support for user communication (SMC), that is the higher their value the lower the risk of user loss. The risk factors of the survival time of forum users are gender, where the role of gender factors indicates that male users lose less than women. (2) in the mature period of virtual community development, the protective factors that affect the survival time of users are education level. Identity status, cognitive social capital (CSC) and community support for user free expression (FE),) mean that the higher their value, the lower the risk of user loss. The research in this paper is not only a supplement to the theory of virtual community, but also of great significance to promote the long-term development of virtual community.
