全球采購環(huán)境下F公司木制家具產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商的選擇與評價

【摘要】：全球采購因采供雙方地理位置、文化傳統(tǒng)、貨幣政策等因素的影響,其過程也變得更為復(fù)雜多變。由此,建立一套高效的供應(yīng)商選擇與評價體系來幫助企業(yè)選擇合適的供應(yīng)商顯得尤為重要。本文選取了全球采購環(huán)境下如何進行供應(yīng)商的選擇與評價作為研究內(nèi)容。通過對全球采購環(huán)境下供應(yīng)商選擇評估理論進行論述,分析F公司在供應(yīng)商選擇評價方面存在的問題并提出改進建議;與此同時,結(jié)合F公司木制家具產(chǎn)品的特點提出將市場反應(yīng)能力列入供應(yīng)商評估指標(biāo),結(jié)合層次分析法構(gòu)建出整套定量與定性相結(jié)合的供應(yīng)商選擇評價體系;接著,以F公司基于全球采購戰(zhàn)略對木制文件柜供應(yīng)商的選擇與評價為例對所構(gòu)建的供應(yīng)商評價體系進行實例分析。最后,通過評價結(jié)果對比,新構(gòu)建的供應(yīng)商評價體系能更全面地評估并挑選出合適的供應(yīng)商。
[Abstract]:The process of global procurement has become more complex and changeable due to the geographical location, cultural tradition, monetary policy and other factors. Therefore, it is very important to establish an efficient supplier selection and evaluation system to help enterprises select suitable suppliers. In this paper, how to select and evaluate suppliers in the global procurement environment is selected as the research content. By discussing the theory of supplier selection and evaluation in the global purchasing environment, this paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier selection and evaluation in F Company and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. According to the characteristics of wooden furniture products of F Company, this paper puts forward that the market reaction ability should be included in the supplier evaluation index, and the whole set of supplier selection and evaluation system combining quantitative and qualitative analysis can be constructed with AHP. Taking the selection and evaluation of suppliers of wooden filing cabinets based on the global procurement strategy of company F as an example, the supplier evaluation system is analyzed. Finally, by comparing the evaluation results, the new supplier evaluation system can evaluate and select the suitable supplier more comprehensively.
