【摘要】：在訂單式生產(chǎn)中,由于產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)品不合格率的不確定性,欠產(chǎn)再投產(chǎn)和超產(chǎn)積壓經(jīng)常發(fā)生。因此提出以投產(chǎn)期望成本(包括生產(chǎn)成本,超產(chǎn)期望成本和欠產(chǎn)期望成本)為決策目標(biāo),以投產(chǎn)批量為決策變量的投產(chǎn)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別建立了產(chǎn)品不合格率連續(xù)隨機(jī)分布和離散隨機(jī)分布投產(chǎn)模型。通過對(duì)模型的分析:得到了產(chǎn)品不合格率連續(xù)隨機(jī)分布模型最優(yōu)投產(chǎn)批量存在的條件,證明了產(chǎn)品不合格率離散隨機(jī)分布模型存在著最優(yōu)投產(chǎn)批量和構(gòu)建了"步長(zhǎng)——比較"算法求解。最后,通過一個(gè)算例驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order-type production, due to uncertainty of unqualified rate of output products, overproduction and overproduction backlogs often occur. Therefore, this paper puts forward a production model which takes the expected cost of production (including production cost, expected cost of overproduction and expected cost of underproduction) as the decision objective and takes the batch of production as the decision variable. On this basis, the production models of continuous random distribution and discrete random distribution of product nonconformity rate are established respectively. Based on the analysis of the model, the conditions for the existence of optimal batch size of the continuous random distribution model of product nonconformity rate are obtained. It is proved that the discrete random distribution model of product nonconformity rate has the optimal production batch and the "step size-comparison" algorithm is constructed to solve the problem. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the model.
