工作—非工作角色整合、工作滿(mǎn)意度和主觀幸福感關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, mobile communication equipment accounts for more and more in people's work and life. With these technologies, employees and their family members can communicate with each other almost anytime and anywhere. In addition, business organizations are becoming more flexible about work arrangements, allowing employees to perform certain tasks at home. As a result, the boundary between designated working hours (locations) and non-working hours (locations) becomes increasingly blurred, increasing the likelihood of "work-family spills". One of the key problems in the theoretical study of working and non-working boundary is the influence of the integration of two roles. Job-non-job role integration will affect the level of job satisfaction. As an important indicator of job well-being, job satisfaction will further affect employee life satisfaction and subjective satisfaction. At present, the research on the penetration and integration of work-non-work roles in Chinese academic circles is not particularly mature, and it is still in its infancy. There are still differences in the mechanism of the relationship between job and non-work roles, job satisfaction and subjective well-being. This study takes job satisfaction as intermediary variable, uses exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model and other statistical methods to analyze 421 document survey sample data, and draws the following conclusions: first, The results of independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in the integration of work and non-working roles between different marital status and fertility status. There were significant differences in the integration of non-work and job roles, significant differences in job satisfaction between different fertility status and position, and significant differences in subjective well-being among different marital status and job status. Second, the integration of work-non-job roles has a negative impact on job satisfaction; work-non-job role integration has a negative impact on subjective well-being; job satisfaction has a positive predictive effect on subjective well-being. Third, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job-non-job role integration and subjective well-being. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on subjective well-being. The integration of work to non-job role and non-work-to-job role integration has an indirect effect on subjective well-being and the intermediary effect of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction partly mediates the integration of job-non-work roles and subjective well-being.
