【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化是分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力變化的重要依據(jù)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的推動(dòng)下,東道國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化既受外商研發(fā)投資的影響,也受本土企業(yè)海外研發(fā)投資的驅(qū)動(dòng)。本文基于企業(yè)生命周期理論,結(jié)合企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)涵及要素,首先分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化過程,并將其劃分為萌芽、擴(kuò)展、成熟和更替等四個(gè)階段;其次,探索演化過程中企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)各階段的特征及其發(fā)展規(guī)律;最后,以華為技術(shù)有限公司為例,分析全球化視角下我國本土企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化歷程,揭示我國本土企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的特征及規(guī)律,并提出相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:The evolution of enterprise innovation network is an important basis for analyzing the change of enterprise innovation ability. Under the impetus of economic globalization, the evolution of innovation network of host country enterprises is not only influenced by foreign R & D investment, but also driven by overseas R & D investment of local enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle and the connotation and elements of enterprise innovation network, this paper first analyzes the evolution process of enterprise innovation network, and divides it into four stages: germination, expansion, maturity and replacement. Finally, taking Huawei Technology Co., Ltd as an example, this paper analyzes the evolution process of Chinese native enterprises' innovation network from the perspective of globalization. This paper reveals the characteristics and laws of innovation network evolution of local enterprises in China, and puts forward some relevant revelations.
