BIM技術(shù)下IPD項目團隊激勵池分配研究

【摘要】:基于BIM技術(shù)的信息共享平臺支持下,提出激勵池概念,確定激勵池最優(yōu)規(guī)模。采用社會網(wǎng)絡分析法(SNA),熵值法對IPD項目各參與方的風險感知因素和貢獻值進行定量分析,構(gòu)建激勵池分配模型,量化各參與方以何種比例來分配激勵池中的共享收益,提供激勵池分配的合理決策方案,以期推進IPD模式在我國的實施。
[Abstract]:Under the support of information sharing platform based on BIM technology, the concept of incentive pool is put forward, and the optimal scale of incentive pool is determined. The (SNA), entropy method of social network analysis is used to quantitatively analyze the risk perception factors and contribution value of each participant in IPD project, to construct the incentive pool allocation model, and to quantify the proportion of each participant to distribute the shared income in the incentive pool. The rational decision-making scheme of incentive pool allocation is provided in order to promote the implementation of IPD model in China.
