【摘要】：近年來,我國國內(nèi)能源形勢的變革不斷加快以及經(jīng)濟形勢的不斷發(fā)展,特別是在2015年3月《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于進一步深化電力體制改革的若干意見》的正式發(fā)布,作為特殊歷史時期產(chǎn)物的電力集體企業(yè)也將迎來大考。A電力實業(yè)集團公司于1979年成立(1979年叫做電氣承裝部),是一家安置型、福利型企業(yè),其出發(fā)點為安置下鄉(xiāng)知識青年和解決職工子女就業(yè)問題,因此從事的業(yè)務(wù)大多與設(shè)備制造、以及電網(wǎng)企業(yè)工程施工相關(guān)。然而,由于電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的不斷優(yōu)化以及經(jīng)濟形勢的不斷發(fā)展,集體企業(yè)多年形成固有的管理粗放、產(chǎn)權(quán)不清、人員富余、效率低下、電力安裝、設(shè)計加工業(yè)市場競爭力不足等一系列問題也逐漸凸顯出來,昔日那種靠著電網(wǎng)企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的格局將發(fā)生徹底改變,“大樹底下好乘涼”的舊有思想與觀念也將徹底被打破。為此,本文運用多種科學分析方法包括PEST、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論、SWOT等,有效分析企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境變化以及經(jīng)營狀況,從而為企業(yè)發(fā)展制定出科學的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's domestic energy situation has been changing rapidly and the economic situation has been developing continuously. Especially in March 2015, when the "Several Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Further Deepening the Reform of Electric Power System" was officially issued, the collective enterprises of electric power, as a product of the special historical period, will also welcome the Great Examination. Established in 1979 (called Electrical Loading Department in 1979), the Department is a placement-oriented, welfare-oriented enterprise. Its starting point is to resettle young people who are educated in the countryside and solve the employment problem of their children. Therefore, most of its business is related to equipment manufacturing and construction of power grid enterprises. However, due to the continuous optimization of the power grid system and the economic situation. With the continuous development of collective enterprises, a series of problems have gradually emerged, such as extensive management, unclear property rights, redundant personnel, low efficiency, power installation, lack of market competitiveness in design and processing industries. The old pattern of relying on the survival and development of power grid enterprises will be completely changed. Therefore, this paper uses a variety of scientific analysis methods, including PEST, development strategy theory, SWOT and so on, to effectively analyze the changes in the internal environment of enterprises and business conditions, so as to formulate a scientific development strategy for the development of enterprises.
