【摘要】：本文根據(jù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論,構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新數(shù)量、創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量的作用機(jī)制模型,并基于中國(guó)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型、面板門檻回歸模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證。研究結(jié)果表明,創(chuàng)新數(shù)量與創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量具有協(xié)同作用機(jī)制,只有同時(shí)做好創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量與創(chuàng)新數(shù)量的企業(yè)才能取得較好的創(chuàng)新效果。創(chuàng)新數(shù)量較大時(shí),其對(duì)企業(yè)效益貢獻(xiàn)的彈性系數(shù)較大。創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量較低和較高時(shí),創(chuàng)新數(shù)量對(duì)企業(yè)效益的彈性系數(shù)更大。我國(guó)目前創(chuàng)新數(shù)量已經(jīng)具備一定規(guī)模,但由于創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量較低,創(chuàng)新質(zhì)量對(duì)企業(yè)效益貢獻(xiàn)并不顯著。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of enterprise growth, this paper constructs the mechanism model of innovation quantity and innovation quality, and based on the data of high-tech industry in China, adopts panel data model and panel threshold regression model to carry on the demonstration. The results show that the quantity of innovation and the quality of innovation have synergistic mechanism, and only the enterprises that do well the quality of innovation and the quantity of innovation at the same time can obtain better innovation effect. When the quantity of innovation is large, the elastic coefficient of its contribution to enterprise benefit is larger. When innovation quality is low and high, the elasticity coefficient of innovation quantity to enterprise benefit is greater. At present, the quantity of innovation in our country already has certain scale, but because of the low quality of innovation, the contribution of innovation quality to enterprise benefit is not remarkable.
