個人-團隊匹配研究動態(tài)與未來展望

【摘要】:隨著個人-團隊匹配構念由個體層次向群體層次拓展,群體層次(個人-團隊)匹配成為新興的集體構念。在揭示個人-團隊匹配定義、維度與測量、多維構念的基礎上,重點圍繞個人-團隊匹配的前因變量和影響效應展開系統(tǒng)述評,構建了個人-團隊匹配研究設計框架,指出未來研究的5個方向,即個人-團隊匹配的結構維度與測量研究、前因與影響效應研究、多層次研究、縱向研究和跨文化比較研究。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of individual-team matching from individual level to group level, group level (individual-team) matching has become a new collective construct. On the basis of revealing the definition of individual-team matching, dimension and measurement, and multi-dimension construction, this paper focuses on the systematic review of the pre-dependent variables and impact effects of individual-team matching, and constructs a framework for the research and design of individual-team matching. It points out five directions of future research, namely, the structural dimension and measurement of individual-team matching, the study of antecedents and effects, the multi-level study, the longitudinal study and the cross-cultural comparative study.
