猶豫模糊語言妥協(xié)解法在卓越績效評價(jià)中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The excellent performance model derived from the evaluation criteria of the U. S. Baldric award is widely used in enterprise performance evaluation and government quality award evaluation. It is not only a management model, but also provides an evaluation method. In recent years, the research on performance excellence model focuses on the relationship between the performance evaluation indicators and the evaluation index system. There are few studies on the methods of performance excellence evaluation, and there are some shortcomings in the existing methods of performance evaluation and performance evaluation. 'scientific and reasonable performance evaluation method for the scientific evaluation of the government quality award, the correct self diagnosis and evaluation of the enterprise. It is of great significance. Therefore, this paper aims to study the method of performance excellence evaluation. In this paper, on the basis of the study of the theory of excellent performance model and the method of Performance Excellence Evaluation and the study of hesitant fuzzy language set and compromise solution, a multi attribute group decision maker is made by hesitating and compromising language. In the evaluation of performance excellence, an excellent performance evaluation model based on hesitation fuzzy language compromise is proposed. Firstly, the method of determining subjective weight and objective weight of the decision-maker and the method of aggregation of subjective and objective weights are put forward respectively, and expert weights are determined by the subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment method; then, based on the fuzzy implication operator structure, the fuzzy implication operator is used. The degree of hesitation fuzzy language inclusion is made, and then the new hesitation fuzzy language similarity measure is proposed. Then, an improved compromise solution is proposed to sort the target enterprise for the enterprise ranking problem in the uncertain fuzzy language environment. Finally, the rationality and validity of the proposed method is verified by case analysis and comparative analysis.
