職場(chǎng)排斥的作用機(jī)制與本土化發(fā)展

【摘要】:職場(chǎng)排斥是組織情境中的負(fù)面行為,會(huì)對(duì)員工的心理狀態(tài)、工作態(tài)度和工作行為,以及組織績(jī)效造成嚴(yán)重的影響,近年來得到了學(xué)者和管理者的關(guān)注。研究主要從職場(chǎng)排斥的概念、測(cè)量工具、與其它概念的比較及實(shí)證研究四個(gè)方面,對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理,并探討中國文化的權(quán)變作用。未來研究應(yīng)從中國的組織情境特點(diǎn)出發(fā),繼續(xù)完善職場(chǎng)排斥的概念和維度,擴(kuò)展研究層次,深入分析影響機(jī)制,結(jié)合中國文化對(duì)職場(chǎng)排斥展開本土化研究,豐富研究視角。
[Abstract]:Workplace exclusion is a negative behavior in the organizational situation, which has a serious impact on the mental state, work attitude, work behavior and organizational performance of employees, and has been concerned by scholars and managers in recent years. The research mainly from the concept of workplace exclusion, measurement tools, and other concepts compared with the empirical study of four aspects, domestic and foreign related studies were combed, and explored the role of Chinese culture contingency. The future research should proceed from the characteristics of organizational situation in China, continue to perfect the concept and dimension of occupational exclusion, expand the research level, deeply analyze the influence mechanism, combine the Chinese culture to launch the localization research on the workplace exclusion, enrich the research perspective.
