企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)分工機(jī)理及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式

【摘要】:本文首先對(duì)知識(shí)分工與勞動(dòng)分工進(jìn)行了比較,然后從模塊化的視角將知識(shí)分工分為知識(shí)建模、模塊化分解、知識(shí)眾包三個(gè)過(guò)程,分別對(duì)其機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。最后基于Web2.0核心技術(shù),構(gòu)建了由創(chuàng)新社區(qū)、智能分工系統(tǒng)、云眾包平臺(tái)所構(gòu)成的知識(shí)分工平臺(tái),分析得出社區(qū)交互、創(chuàng)意轉(zhuǎn)化、技術(shù)匹配線上與線下相融合的運(yùn)行模式,和同儕研發(fā)、質(zhì)量控制、創(chuàng)意交換三大運(yùn)行機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:This paper first compares the division of knowledge with the division of labor, then divides the division of knowledge into three processes: knowledge modeling, modular decomposition and knowledge crowdsourcing from the perspective of modularization. Finally, based on the core technology of Web2.0, the knowledge division platform composed of innovative community, intelligent division of labor system and cloud crowdsourcing platform is constructed, and the operation mode of community interaction, creative transformation, technology matching line and offline integration is analyzed. And peer R & D, quality control, creative exchange three major operational mechanisms.
