【摘要】：論文以項目組合配置階段界定為研究出發(fā)點,在分析項目組合配置多階段過渡耦合模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以階段內(nèi)所有擬配置組件戰(zhàn)略屬性承載值加權(quán)和度量階段內(nèi)項目組合配置戰(zhàn)略貼近度、緊前階段釋放對象有效利用率反映階段過渡耦合度的分析方法,構(gòu)建了基于階段耦合的項目組合配置戰(zhàn)略貼近度模型,并通過企業(yè)實踐,對模型的可操作性進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we define the project portfolio configuration stage as the starting point of the research, on the basis of the analysis of the multi-stage transition coupling model of the project portfolio configuration, In this paper, an analytical method is proposed, which is based on the weighting of the strategic attributes of all the components to be configured in the phase and the strategic closeness of the portfolio configuration in the measurement phase, and the effective utilization of the released objects in the tight phase reflects the transition coupling degree of the phase. In this paper, a project portfolio configuration strategy closeness model based on stage coupling is constructed, and the maneuverability of the model is verified by enterprise practice.
