【摘要】：國(guó)際化是否有助于提升后發(fā)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題還缺乏足夠的研究。本文運(yùn)用2011—2015年中國(guó)深滬A股410家上市公司的平衡面板數(shù)據(jù),從國(guó)際化深度和國(guó)際化廣度兩個(gè)維度分析了國(guó)際化對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響,同時(shí)考察了吸收能力的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:國(guó)際化深度和國(guó)際化廣度對(duì)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力具有顯著的積極影響;企業(yè)的吸收能力對(duì)于國(guó)際化廣度與創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,而對(duì)于國(guó)際化深度與創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系則具有負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Whether internationalization can help to improve the innovation ability of the latecomer enterprises is not well studied in the existing literature. Based on the balance panel data of 410 listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai from 2011 to 2015, this paper analyzes the impact of internationalization on the innovation ability of enterprises from the two dimensions of internationalization depth and internationalization breadth, and examines the regulatory role of absorptive capacity. The results show that the depth and breadth of internationalization have a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of enterprises, and the absorptive capacity of enterprises has a positive effect on the relationship between internationalization breadth and innovation ability. The relationship between the depth of internationalization and the ability of innovation has a negative regulatory role.
