【摘要】：多元化的社會(huì)資源分布要求企業(yè)必須充分考慮所有利益相關(guān)者的發(fā)展需求。從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略視角透視社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題,將其融入經(jīng)營(yíng)管理實(shí)踐之中,有效提升社會(huì)責(zé)任的履行,以滿足多方位利益群體的期望,將是我國(guó)企業(yè)不可回避的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。本文正是以此為切入點(diǎn),將高管勝任力與企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任作為研究對(duì)象,基于317份問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),探討高管勝任力與企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的關(guān)系以及企業(yè)責(zé)任管理的中介作用。研究結(jié)果顯示:高管勝任力的完善能夠有效提升企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的履行,企業(yè)責(zé)任管理在高管勝任力與企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任之間起到了部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Diversified distribution of social resources requires enterprises to fully consider the development needs of all stakeholders. From the perspective of enterprise strategy, it will be an unavoidable practical problem for Chinese enterprises to integrate social responsibility into the practice of operation and management, to effectively promote the performance of social responsibility and to meet the expectations of various interest groups. Based on 317 questionnaires, this paper discusses the relationship between executive competence and corporate social responsibility and the intermediary role of corporate responsibility management. The results show that the improvement of executive competence can effectively enhance the performance of corporate social responsibility, and corporate responsibility management plays a part of intermediary role between executive competency and corporate social responsibility.
