全面質(zhì)量管理與員工角色壓力的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷變化并且伴隨著越來(lái)越強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)局面,所以如今質(zhì)量已成為企業(yè)立足的核心要素。企業(yè)如果想在質(zhì)量方面不斷的改進(jìn)完善,得到提升,那么需要號(hào)召全體成員的充分參與,員工在參與組織過程活動(dòng)的同時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生角色壓力。組織應(yīng)該考慮實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理時(shí)對(duì)員工角色壓力的影響,這種影響關(guān)系研究在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究中中較為少見。本文之核心是揭示全面質(zhì)量管理措施是否可以作為降低員工角色壓力的途徑。通過對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、理論研究的歸納和分析,本文提煉出一個(gè)TQM與員工角色壓力之間的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)模型。依此編寫了調(diào)研問卷,并提出合理的假設(shè),通過實(shí)地調(diào)研收集數(shù)據(jù),本次調(diào)研共向188家企業(yè)發(fā)放了250份問卷,回收224份,回收率為89.6%,其中有效問卷212份,有效率為94.6%。最后利用SPSS和AMOS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得到實(shí)證研究結(jié)論。結(jié)果表明組織實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理時(shí),全面質(zhì)量管理各構(gòu)成要素對(duì)員工角色壓力各構(gòu)成要素的影響關(guān)系不一致。其中,全面質(zhì)量管理中的過程管理對(duì)角色壓力有顯著的負(fù)向影響,即可以降低員工角色壓力;而戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和顧客與市場(chǎng)對(duì)角色壓力有顯著的正向影響,即可以增強(qiáng)員工角色壓力。所以組織應(yīng)考慮兩者各構(gòu)成要素的具體影響關(guān)系,從而可以有效降低員工角色壓力,激發(fā)員工工作熱情,調(diào)動(dòng)員工工作積極性,提高員工工作效率,達(dá)到共贏的效果。
[Abstract]:The world economy is constantly changing and accompanied by more and more competitive situation, so quality has become the core element of enterprise. If the enterprise wants to improve and improve the quality, it needs to call on all the members to participate fully, and the staff will have role pressure while participating in the organization process. Organizations should consider the impact of TQM on employee role stress, which is rarely studied at home and abroad. The core of this paper is to reveal whether TQM can be used as a way to reduce employee role pressure. Through the induction and analysis of relevant literature and theoretical research, this paper abstracts a structural model of the relationship between TQM and employee role stress. The questionnaire was compiled and reasonable hypotheses were put forward. 250 questionnaires were sent out to 188 enterprises through field investigation and collected data. 224 questionnaires were returned and the recovery rate was 89.60.The effective questionnaire was 212 and the effective rate was 94.6. Finally, SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software are used to analyze the data, and the conclusion of empirical research is obtained. The results show that when the organization implements TQM, the influence of TQM elements on the factors of employee role stress is not consistent. Among them, process management in TQM has a significant negative impact on role stress, that is, it can reduce employee role stress, while strategic planning and customer and market have significant positive effects on role stress. That is, can enhance the role of staff stress. Therefore, the organization should consider the specific influence relationship between the two elements, so as to effectively reduce the pressure of the staff role, stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the efficiency of the staff, and achieve win-win results.
