互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響研究

【摘要】:“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下,“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”的政策風(fēng)向激起了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的浪潮,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)步入“獨(dú)角獸”時(shí)代。如今,我國(guó)正從管理型經(jīng)濟(jì)向創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,整個(gè)社會(huì)也向創(chuàng)新型社會(huì)蛻變,而創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新則是形成創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)和創(chuàng)新型社會(huì)的根本動(dòng)力。因此,探討創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素和相關(guān)理論就顯得至關(guān)重要,而學(xué)術(shù)界針對(duì)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的已有實(shí)證研究較少。本研究立足于我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新實(shí)際,從“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”和“雙創(chuàng)”的熱點(diǎn)出發(fā),重構(gòu)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入的內(nèi)涵,并創(chuàng)造性地將其引入到創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因研究。然后,分別將創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別、社會(huì)資本作為中介變量和調(diào)節(jié)變量,根據(jù)效果邏輯理論構(gòu)建研究模型,研究各前因變量與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)制,為我國(guó)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)提供理論支撐。文章首先對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入、創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別、社會(huì)資本、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新等概念以及效果邏輯、創(chuàng)造性破壞、交易成本、資源依賴(lài)、社會(huì)資本等理論進(jìn)行梳理。其次,依據(jù)相關(guān)概念與理論基礎(chǔ)推出的研究假設(shè),構(gòu)建適當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)系模型。再次,利用208份有效問(wèn)卷的樣本數(shù)據(jù),借助SPSS21.0等軟件進(jìn)行假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。最后,實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新具有顯著正向影響;創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間起部分中介作用;社會(huì)資本倒U型調(diào)節(jié)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)嵌入與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系;谏鲜鼋Y(jié)論,本研究提出促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的三點(diǎn)管理啟示:推動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”跨界融合;及時(shí)發(fā)掘或創(chuàng)造創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì);建設(shè)一個(gè)適中水平的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。然后,分析研究局限并指出未來(lái)可能的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Internet", the policy trend of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" has aroused the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship, and Internet entrepreneurship has stepped into the era of "unicorn". Nowadays, our country is developing from management economy to innovative economy, and the whole society is also changing to innovative society. The innovation of business model of entrepreneurial enterprises is the fundamental motive force to form innovative economy and innovative society. Therefore, it is very important to explore the driving factors and related theories of entrepreneurial enterprise business model innovation, but there are few empirical studies on the relationship between "Internet" and business model innovation in academic circles. Based on the innovation practice of entrepreneurial enterprises in China, this study reconstructs the connotation of Internet embedding from the hot spots of "Internet" and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and creatively introduces it into the research of the antecedents of business model innovation of entrepreneurial enterprises. Then, the entrepreneurial opportunity identification, social capital as intermediary variable and adjustment variable, according to the effect logic theory to build the research model, to study the pre-dependent variables and the role of business model innovation mechanism. To provide theoretical support for innovation and entrepreneurship of Chinese enterprises. In this paper, the concepts of entrepreneurial enterprise, Internet embedding, entrepreneurial opportunity identification, social capital, business model innovation, and the theories of effect logic, creative destruction, transaction cost, resource dependence and social capital are analyzed. Secondly, an appropriate relational model is constructed according to the research hypotheses derived from the related concepts and theoretical basis. Thirdly, using the sample data of 208 valid questionnaires, using SPSS21.0 and other software to carry out hypothesis test. Finally, the empirical results show that: Internet embedding has a significant positive impact on business model innovation of entrepreneurial enterprises, entrepreneurial opportunity identification plays a part of intermediary role between Internet embedding and business model innovation; Social capital inverted U-shape regulates the relationship between Internet embedding and business model innovation. Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward three management inspirations to promote the innovation of business model of entrepreneurial enterprises: promoting the "Internet" cross-border integration of entrepreneurial enterprises, exploring or creating entrepreneurial opportunities in a timely manner; Build a moderate level of innovative entrepreneurial network. Then, the limitations of the study are analyzed and the possible research directions in the future are pointed out.
