【摘要】：建立了價(jià)值較高、需求頻率較低、有固定保質(zhì)期的醫(yī)療救護(hù)物資的兩種補(bǔ)貨模型,(S-1,S)補(bǔ)貨策略和(T,S)補(bǔ)貨策略。在低概率、高后果的民航事故分析中,對(duì)(T,S)補(bǔ)貨策略求解過(guò)程采用了枚舉法并對(duì)比兩種補(bǔ)貨策略,建議根據(jù)物資的稀少性、重要性、貴重性大小采取不同的補(bǔ)貨策略。稀少物資可采取較長(zhǎng)固定訂貨周期的(T,S)補(bǔ)貨策略、至關(guān)重要物資和貴重物資可采取(S-1,S)補(bǔ)貨策略,不同補(bǔ)貨策略的混合使用不僅可以提高災(zāi)難防御能力,還可以降低庫(kù)存成本。
[Abstract]:The two replenishment models of medical rescue materials with high value, low demand frequency and fixed warranty period, (S-1, S) replenishment strategy and (T, S) replenishment strategy are established. In the analysis of low probability and high consequence civil aviation accidents, the enumeration method is adopted and the two replenishment strategies are compared to the (T, S) replenishment strategy, and it is suggested that according to the rarity of materials, Importance, valuables take different replenishment strategies. Scarce materials can take a longer fixed order cycle (T, S) replenishment strategy, vital materials and valuable materials can take (S-1, S) replenishment strategy. The mixed use of different replenishment strategies can not only improve the ability of disaster prevention, but also reduce the cost of inventory.
