【摘要】：本文以蘭州騰達(dá)石油鉆采設(shè)備有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱騰達(dá)公司)為研究對(duì)象,介紹了石油裝備特別是石油鉆采設(shè)備行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),闡述了相關(guān)的創(chuàng)新理論和方法,梳理出騰達(dá)公司在生存和發(fā)展上所面對(duì)的困境和不足,如社會(huì)服務(wù)體系落后;原有發(fā)展模式相對(duì)單一,特別依賴大廠訂單;市場(chǎng)日漸萎縮,不能滿足企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的需要;經(jīng)營模式與組織模式與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)不相符;缺乏必要的政策支持等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。針對(duì)以上問題和不足,本文展開了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)睦碚摲治?貼近當(dāng)前政策導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),借鑒行業(yè)內(nèi)外的典型案例和經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合騰達(dá)公司實(shí)際,給出了創(chuàng)新方案,主要包含服務(wù)、流程、商業(yè)模式、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)這5個(gè)方面,并基于把握政策導(dǎo)向、強(qiáng)化溝通協(xié)作、擴(kuò)大融資路徑等提出了保障措施。本文的研究對(duì)創(chuàng)新理論是一次具體的應(yīng)用,對(duì)騰達(dá)公司解決當(dāng)前生存發(fā)展問題具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對(duì)同行業(yè)同規(guī)模企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新也有借鑒價(jià)值,期望能對(duì)完善創(chuàng)新理論做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Taking Lanzhou Tengda Petroleum drilling and production equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tengda Company) as the research object, this paper introduces the development status and trend of petroleum equipment, especially the oil drilling and production equipment industry, and expounds the relevant innovative theories and methods. Combing out the difficulties and deficiencies in the survival and development of Tengda Company, such as the backward social service system; the original development model is relatively single, especially relying on large orders; the market is shrinking day by day, which can not meet the needs of the survival and development of enterprises; Business model and organization mode are not in line with the trend of economic development, lack of necessary policy support and other practical problems. In view of the above problems and shortcomings, this paper carries out a rigorous theoretical analysis, close to the current policy direction, economic and technological development characteristics, draw lessons from the typical cases and experience inside and outside the industry, combined with the reality of Tengda Company, and gives the innovative plan. This paper mainly includes five aspects: service, process, business model, product and technology, and puts forward the safeguard measures based on grasping policy orientation, strengthening communication and cooperation, expanding financing path and so on. The research of this paper is a concrete application to the innovation theory, which has practical significance for Tengda company to solve the current problems of survival and development, and also has reference value for the innovation of the same industry and the same scale enterprises, and expects to contribute to the perfection of the innovation theory.
