農(nóng)村社會網(wǎng)絡、基礎設施與農(nóng)家樂創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別

【摘要】:農(nóng)家樂作為鄉(xiāng)村旅游的重要形式,促進了農(nóng)民增收和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,創(chuàng)業(yè)者識別和開發(fā)創(chuàng)業(yè)機會是農(nóng)家樂發(fā)展的前提。國內外已有較豐富的創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別的研究理論,但大都是以城市一般企業(yè)為研究背景的,這與中國這樣一個發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,特別是與中國廣大農(nóng)村社區(qū)環(huán)境存在較大差異,F(xiàn)有研究較少關注到農(nóng)家樂鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展過程中創(chuàng)業(yè)者的作用,僅有少量研究討論了創(chuàng)業(yè)動機的性別差異,而對于創(chuàng)業(yè)者在農(nóng)村社區(qū)環(huán)境下的機會識別問題缺乏研究。基于此,本文試圖探索以下問題:為什么有一些農(nóng)民能識別創(chuàng)業(yè)機會,有些農(nóng)民卻不能?能夠識別到創(chuàng)業(yè)機會的農(nóng)民又是怎樣利用自已所處的農(nóng)村社會網(wǎng)絡以及基礎設施環(huán)境來幫助自己識別創(chuàng)業(yè)機會的?農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別是在創(chuàng)業(yè)者所處的農(nóng)村社會網(wǎng)絡、宗族關系、農(nóng)村基礎設施等多種因素綜合作用下的認知過程。本文利用廣東省農(nóng)家樂創(chuàng)業(yè)者調查數(shù)據(jù),對農(nóng)村社會網(wǎng)絡及農(nóng)村基礎設施與創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別的作用機理進行實證研究。文章旨在完善創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別過程機理,充實實證證據(jù),增進對農(nóng)家樂發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)主體的認識,并結合當?shù)貙嶋H情況,從創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體和政府部門兩個方面提出了相應的政策建議,為農(nóng)家樂創(chuàng)業(yè)成長提供借鑒和指導,促使農(nóng)家樂有序順利發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)家樂創(chuàng)業(yè)者的收入,改善生活環(huán)境。研究結果表明,農(nóng)村社會網(wǎng)絡(網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模、網(wǎng)絡資源和宗族關系)與農(nóng)家樂創(chuàng)業(yè)機會識別數(shù)量之間存在顯著的正相關關系,并且農(nóng)村基礎設施中(道路交通設施和基礎教育設施)在兩者的作用關系中起到顯著的調節(jié)作用。具體的,道路交通設施在兩者的作用關系中起到顯著的正向調節(jié)作用;基礎教育設施在兩者的作用關系中起到顯著的負向調節(jié)作用。基于研究結論,從創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體和政府部門兩個方面提出了相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important form of rural tourism, Nongjiale promotes the increase of farmers' income and the development of rural economy and society. There have been abundant research theories on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities at home and abroad, but most of them are based on urban enterprises, which is related to the economic environment of a developing country such as China. In particular, there are great differences with the vast rural community environment in China. Few studies have focused on the role of entrepreneurs in the development of rural tourism in Nongjiale. Only a few studies have discussed the gender differences in entrepreneurial motivation, but there is no research on the opportunity identification of entrepreneurs in the rural community environment. Based on this, this paper attempts to explore the following questions: why some farmers can identify entrepreneurial opportunities, but some farmers can not? How can farmers who can identify entrepreneurial opportunities use their rural social networks and infrastructure to help them identify entrepreneurial opportunities? The identification of rural entrepreneurial opportunities is a cognitive process under the combined action of the rural social network, clan relationship, rural infrastructure and so on. This paper makes an empirical study on rural social network and the mechanism of identifying rural infrastructure and entrepreneurial opportunities by using the survey data of entrepreneurs in Nongjiale in Guangdong province. The purpose of this paper is to improve the mechanism of entrepreneurial opportunity identification process, to enrich the empirical evidence, to enhance the understanding of the main body of entrepreneurship development in Nongjiale, and to put forward corresponding policy suggestions from two aspects: individual entrepreneurs and government departments, combined with the local actual situation. It can provide reference and guidance for the growth of Nongjiale Entrepreneurship, promote the orderly and smooth development of Nongjiale, increase the income of Nongjiale entrepreneurs and improve the living environment. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between rural social networks (network size, network resources and clan relationships) and the number of entrepreneurial opportunities identified by farmers. And rural infrastructure (road traffic facilities and basic education facilities) play a significant role in regulating the role of the two. Specifically, road traffic facilities play a significant positive role in the relationship between the two, and basic education facilities play a significant negative role in the relationship. Based on the conclusions of the study, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from two aspects: individual entrepreneurs and government departments.
