【摘要】：構(gòu)建了知識(shí)共享環(huán)境對(duì)項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)的影響機(jī)制理論模型并進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明,知識(shí)共享戰(zhàn)略、知識(shí)共享激勵(lì)、知識(shí)共享氛圍以及項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)互動(dòng)四個(gè)關(guān)鍵性知識(shí)共享環(huán)境因素與項(xiàng)目成員知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)之間存在密切的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建良好的知識(shí)共享環(huán)境,可以有效促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目成員的知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:A theoretical model of the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing environment on project members' knowledge sharing activities is constructed and an empirical study is carried out. The results show that there are four key knowledge sharing environment factors: knowledge sharing strategy, knowledge sharing incentive, knowledge sharing atmosphere and project team interaction, which are closely related to project members' knowledge sharing activities. Constructing a good knowledge sharing environment can effectively promote the knowledge sharing activities of project members.
