【摘要】：構(gòu)建了知識共享環(huán)境對項目成員知識共享活動的影響機制理論模型并進行實證研究。結(jié)果表明,知識共享戰(zhàn)略、知識共享激勵、知識共享氛圍以及項目團隊互動四個關(guān)鍵性知識共享環(huán)境因素與項目成員知識共享活動之間存在密切的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建良好的知識共享環(huán)境,可以有效促進項目成員的知識共享活動。
[Abstract]:A theoretical model of the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing environment on project members' knowledge sharing activities is constructed and an empirical study is carried out. The results show that there are four key knowledge sharing environment factors: knowledge sharing strategy, knowledge sharing incentive, knowledge sharing atmosphere and project team interaction, which are closely related to project members' knowledge sharing activities. Constructing a good knowledge sharing environment can effectively promote the knowledge sharing activities of project members.
