基于內(nèi)生性與外生性的研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化機制研究

【摘要】:針對研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化過程中只考慮單一的內(nèi)生性或外生性影響因素存在的不足,結(jié)合企業(yè)平等自愿的合作原則,綜合了研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化過程中內(nèi)生性與外生性兩個因素,從企業(yè)間合作關(guān)系的確立和企業(yè)退出網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩方面構(gòu)建了雙向擇優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型。最后進(jìn)行了模擬仿真,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型具有無標(biāo)度、小世界的特征;研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)歷了起始、成長、穩(wěn)定和衰退四個階段,且每個階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈現(xiàn)出不同的規(guī)律性特征;穩(wěn)定期的研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平均收益最大,知識溢出率對網(wǎng)絡(luò)利用效率具有顯著影響,這為研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展及政府正確制定宏觀政策提供了理論依據(jù)。利用電信行業(yè)的研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對上述理論模型進(jìn)行驗證,模型與實際網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本吻合,在一定程度上檢驗了模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of considering the single endogenous or exogenous factors in the process of R & D network evolution, combined with the principle of equal and voluntary cooperation of enterprises, this paper synthesizes the endogenous and exogenetic factors in the process of R & D network evolution. The evolution model of bidirectional preferential network is constructed from the establishment of inter-firm cooperative relationship and the withdrawal of enterprises from the network. Finally, the simulation results show that the evolution model of R & D network has the characteristics of scale-free and small world, and the R & D network has gone through four stages: beginning, growing, stabilizing and declining. The average income of R & D networks in stable period is the largest, and the knowledge spillover rate has a significant impact on the efficiency of network utilization. This provides a theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of R & D network and the correct formulation of macro-policy by the government. The theoretical model is verified by the R & D network of telecommunication industry. The model is basically consistent with the actual network, and the correctness of the model is verified to a certain extent.
