【摘要】：以廣州汽車集團(tuán)股份有限公司作為典型案例,借助新服務(wù)開發(fā)活動理論SAT模型,探索了我國企業(yè)技術(shù)能力結(jié)構(gòu)的演化路徑。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)技術(shù)能力構(gòu)建過程經(jīng)歷了從專有技術(shù)、應(yīng)用性共性技術(shù)到基礎(chǔ)性共性技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)換過程,說明企業(yè)從利用自身資源到提升內(nèi)部資源質(zhì)量再逐步呈現(xiàn)外部合作多元化和集中化的趨勢;(2)技術(shù)能力結(jié)構(gòu)演化是不斷吸收外部創(chuàng)新資源并與現(xiàn)有技術(shù)能力結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)實現(xiàn)整合的連續(xù)過程;(3)應(yīng)用性共性技術(shù)是企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力形成與轉(zhuǎn)化的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Taking Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. as a typical case, this paper explores the evolution path of technological capability structure of Chinese enterprises with the help of SAT model of new service development activity theory. The results show that: (1) the construction process of technical capability has experienced the conversion process from proprietary technology, applied commonality technology to basic common technology. It shows that enterprises gradually present the trend of diversification and centralization of external cooperation from using their own resources to improving the quality of internal resources. (2) the evolution of technological capability structure is to continuously absorb external innovative resources and base on the existing technological capability structure. (3) Applied common technology is the key to the formation and transformation of enterprises' independent innovation ability.
