【摘要】：以412名企業(yè)員工為樣本所得出的包含開放、認(rèn)可、寬容、共享和關(guān)懷5個(gè)維度23個(gè)項(xiàng)目的包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有良好的信度和效度,并且后續(xù)針對包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)影響員工工作繁榮和創(chuàng)造力的回歸分析結(jié)果表明:包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工在工作中的學(xué)習(xí)和活力體驗(yàn)、創(chuàng)造力具有顯著正向影響,包容型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各維度對以上3個(gè)變量的影響程度存在差異,其中開放的正向影響最強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Inclusive leadership with a sample of 412 employees, including 5 dimensions of openness, acceptance, tolerance, sharing and caring, has good reliability and validity. The results of regression analysis showed that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on employees' learning and dynamic experience, and creativity had a significant positive impact on employees' work prosperity and creativity. The degree of influence of inclusive leadership on the above three variables is different, among which the open one has the strongest positive effect.
