【摘要】：獲取合法性是新創(chuàng)企業(yè)謀求生存與開展經(jīng)營活動的重要前提。梳理并比較了不同視角下新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性獲取機制的基本觀點,基于合法性獲取理論,構(gòu)建了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)合法性管理框架,以加深對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)以及組織如何實現(xiàn)合法性與獲取資源的理解。
[Abstract]:Obtaining legitimacy is an important prerequisite for new enterprises to survive and develop business activities. This paper combs and compares the basic viewpoints of the legitimacy acquisition mechanism of the new venture from different angles, and constructs the legitimacy management framework of the new venture based on the legitimacy acquisition theory. To deepen the understanding of new enterprises and organizations how to achieve legitimacy and access to resources.
