【摘要】：考慮具有多元馬氏需求特征的多產(chǎn)品庫存報童模型的優(yōu)化問題。本文利用多元馬爾可夫過程描述多產(chǎn)品需求的內(nèi)在運動的統(tǒng)計規(guī)律性,并根據(jù)其運動特征提出帶有多元馬氏需求的多產(chǎn)品報童模型。在新的多產(chǎn)品報童模型的理論框架下,研究了多產(chǎn)品庫存系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)訂購策略,并利用需求狀態(tài)的截尾概率、雙面因子及需求間關(guān)聯(lián)性的強弱分析了該模型最優(yōu)解的性質(zhì)。模型的結(jié)論表明:最優(yōu)訂購策略和最優(yōu)期望利潤與截尾概率的關(guān)系為正相關(guān),與雙面因子的關(guān)系則具有正反的關(guān)聯(lián)性;較于以往的多產(chǎn)品報童模型,新的模型具有獨特的優(yōu)越性,即充分考慮了需求間關(guān)聯(lián)性的強弱對最優(yōu)訂購策略的影響。同時,通過數(shù)值算例驗證了模型理論的可行性和有效性,并給出該模型在庫存系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與控制中的重要管理啟示。
[Abstract]:The optimization problem of multi-product inventory newsboy model with multiple Markov demand characteristics is considered. In this paper, the statistical regularity of the internal movement of multi-product requirements is described by means of multivariate Markov processes, and a multi-product newsboy model with multiple Markov requirements is proposed according to its motion characteristics. Under the framework of a new multi-product newsboy model, the optimal ordering strategy of multi-product inventory system is studied, and the properties of the optimal solution of the model are analyzed by using the truncation probability of demand state, the two-sided factor and the correlation between demand. The conclusion of the model shows that the relationship between optimal ordering strategy and optimal expected profit is positive correlation with truncation probability, and the relationship with double-sided factor is positive and negative, compared with the previous multi-product newsboy model, The new model has unique advantages, that is, the influence of the correlation between demand and demand on the optimal ordering strategy is fully considered. At the same time, the feasibility and validity of the model theory are verified by numerical examples, and the important management implications of the model in inventory system optimization and control are given.
