考慮知識(shí)發(fā)送方異質(zhì)性的工程企業(yè)知識(shí)存量影響因素及驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)重大工程活動(dòng)日益大型化、復(fù)雜化、集成化,重大工程的創(chuàng)新也呈現(xiàn)出了多學(xué)科、多領(lǐng)域、多地區(qū)交叉滲透的特點(diǎn),因此工程創(chuàng)新的難度和水平也日益提升。工程的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),始終遵循著"工程導(dǎo)向、業(yè)主培育、企業(yè)主體、多方支撐"的創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn),即圍繞著工程目標(biāo),由業(yè)主集合高校、科研單位,向企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移,以增加企業(yè)的技術(shù)知識(shí),提升企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。而這種重大工程中的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng),本身就是一個(gè)以提升企業(yè)知識(shí)存量為目標(biāo)的、發(fā)生在"官、產(chǎn)、學(xué)研"中的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)。這個(gè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng),會(huì)受到多種因素的影響,這些因素會(huì)直接或者間接地對(duì)企業(yè)地知識(shí)存量產(chǎn)生作用。首先,本文利用文獻(xiàn)閱讀的方法,從知識(shí)特性、知識(shí)發(fā)送方特性、知識(shí)接收方特性和知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移情景四個(gè)維度,對(duì)影響重大工程創(chuàng)新中的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的因素進(jìn)行了提煉和總結(jié)。其次,基于多案例地研究,對(duì)于重大工程創(chuàng)新中的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析,在這個(gè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中,業(yè)主培育知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移情景,高校、科研單位作為知識(shí)的發(fā)送方,企業(yè)作為知識(shí)的接收方。但是,在重大工程的實(shí)踐中,針對(duì)一個(gè)工程課題,業(yè)主往往會(huì)集合幾家高校和科研院所對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行培育,也就是說(shuō),重大工程創(chuàng)新中的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移問(wèn)題,不再是一個(gè)"點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)"的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移問(wèn)題,而是一個(gè)"多對(duì)一"的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移問(wèn)題。鑒于高校、科研院所在科研條件、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社會(huì)使命等方面的不同,知識(shí)輸出方在知識(shí)存量、知識(shí)輸出能力、知識(shí)輸出意愿上也會(huì)有所差異,這種差異最終會(huì)影響到企業(yè)的知識(shí)存量。因此,本文基于文獻(xiàn)閱讀和多案例分析的結(jié)果,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,構(gòu)建了重大工程創(chuàng)新中的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)一步利用VINSIM軟件進(jìn)行了仿真。該模型是一個(gè)"多對(duì)一"的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移模型,分析了多個(gè)影響因素對(duì)于企業(yè)知識(shí)存量的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制,并進(jìn)一步模擬了知識(shí)發(fā)送方在知識(shí)存量、知識(shí)輸出意愿、知識(shí)輸出能力上存在差異的情況下,企業(yè)知識(shí)存量如何變化。文章最后結(jié)合仿真結(jié)果,以提高企業(yè)知識(shí)存量為目標(biāo),提出相應(yīng)意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of large-scale, complex and integrated engineering activities in China, the innovation of major projects has shown the characteristics of multi-discipline, multi-field and multi-area cross penetration, so the difficulty and level of engineering innovation are also increasing. The innovative activities of the project always follow the innovative characteristics of "engineering orientation, owner cultivation, enterprise main body, multi-support", that is, around the project goal, the owner gathers universities and scientific research units to transfer technology to the enterprise. In order to increase the technical knowledge of enterprises, enhance the innovative ability of enterprises. This kind of important engineering technology transfer activity itself is a knowledge transfer activity in "official, industry, study and research", which aims at improving the enterprise knowledge stock. This knowledge transfer activity will be affected by many factors, which will directly or indirectly affect the enterprise's knowledge stock. Firstly, using the method of literature reading, this paper abstracts and summarizes the factors influencing knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation from four dimensions: knowledge characteristics, knowledge sender characteristics, knowledge receiver characteristics and knowledge transfer scenarios. Secondly, based on the multi-case study, the process of knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation is analyzed. In the process of knowledge transfer, the owner cultivates the situation of knowledge transfer, and universities and scientific research units act as the sender of knowledge. The enterprise acts as the receiver of knowledge. However, in the practice of major projects, in view of a project, the owners often gather several universities and scientific research institutes to cultivate enterprises, that is, the knowledge transfer problem in the innovation of major projects. It is no longer a point-to-point knowledge transfer problem, but a long-to-one knowledge transfer problem. In view of the differences in scientific research conditions, infrastructure, social mission and so on in universities and scientific research institutes, the knowledge exporting parties will also have differences in the knowledge stock, the knowledge output ability, the knowledge export willingness, etc. This difference will eventually affect the enterprise's knowledge stock. Therefore, based on the results of literature reading and multi-case analysis, combined with the theory of system dynamics, the system dynamics model of knowledge transfer in major engineering innovation is constructed, and the simulation is carried out by using VINSIM software. This model is a "many-to-one" knowledge transfer model. This paper analyzes the driving mechanism of multiple influencing factors on the enterprise knowledge stock, and further simulates the knowledge sender's willingness to output knowledge in the knowledge stock. How to change the enterprise knowledge stock when there are differences in knowledge output ability. Finally, combined with the simulation results, the paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions in order to improve the enterprise knowledge stock.
