【摘要】：晉商喬家之所以能夠歷經(jīng)六代,商業(yè)成功維系二百年之久,并不能單純從機(jī)遇、經(jīng)商才干、與清朝政府關(guān)系密切等方面來加以解釋。其商業(yè)上成功的內(nèi)在原因是良好家風(fēng)的養(yǎng)成。喬家六代人恪守的"六不準(zhǔn)"家規(guī)、儒商并重的教育理念、日常生活中潛移默化培養(yǎng)的為人處事之道和家國(guó)情懷,是晉商喬家獨(dú)到的內(nèi)涵和氣質(zhì)。轉(zhuǎn)換視角,從社會(huì)史的角度透視喬家經(jīng)營(yíng)成功的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力,對(duì)于更深刻地把握晉商成功之道具有重要的幫助,更是晉商留給晉人最為寶貴的精神財(cái)富。
[Abstract]:The business success of Jin merchants has lasted for six generations and has been successful for two hundred years. It can not be explained from opportunities, business talents and close relations with the government of the Qing Dynasty. The inner reason for the success of the business is the cultivation of good family style. The "six inaccuracy" of the six generations of Joe's family, the equal education concept of Confucianism and businessmen, It is the unique connotation and temperament of the Jin Merchants' family. The transformation angle of view, from the angle of social history, reveals the inner motivation of the success of his business, which is of great help to a more profound grasp of the way of success of Jin merchants, and the most valuable spiritual wealth that Jin merchants left to the Jin people.
