【摘要】：基于情境二元性理論、創(chuàng)新理論和動態(tài)能力理論,深入探討了二元文化、突破式和漸進式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的內(nèi)生關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了一個全新的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級微觀實現(xiàn)機制。應(yīng)用SPSS和AMOS統(tǒng)計軟件以及回歸分析、交叉乘積等方法,對217家江西傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)研發(fā)團隊問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)二元文化對突破式和漸進式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新均有正向影響,并通過二元技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的中介作用推動企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of situational duality, innovation theory and dynamic ability theory, this paper probes into the endogenous relationship between dual culture, breakthrough and gradual technological innovation and enterprise transformation and upgrading, and constructs a new micro realization mechanism of enterprise transformation and upgrading. By using SPSS and Amos statistical software, regression analysis, cross product and other methods, the questionnaire data of 217 R & D teams in Jiangxi traditional manufacturing industry are analyzed. It is found that dual culture has a positive impact on both breakthrough and progressive technological innovation. And through the intermediary role of dual technological innovation to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
