【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速推進(jìn)對(duì)企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系也造成了巨大的影響,企業(yè)間日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng).已經(jīng)成為目前發(fā)展.的趨勢(shì),而單一地企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng).也已經(jīng)逐漸演變?yōu)?供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何有效地對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行管理.是目前管理者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),庫(kù)存管理作為供應(yīng)鏈管理中必不可少的一環(huán)更是得到了眾多學(xué)者的重視。集配中心模式是基于傳統(tǒng)的分散式庫(kù)存管理模式發(fā)展而來(lái)的,集配中心作為一個(gè)大型的零部件庫(kù)存集中點(diǎn),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)庫(kù)存管理的統(tǒng)一化,但是如何制定合理的庫(kù)存策略.使得庫(kù)存成本和客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平達(dá)到平衡,吸引更多地供應(yīng)商加入其中,是目前庫(kù)存管理中研究的重點(diǎn)。首先,本文從集配中心模式產(chǎn)生的背景入手,分析了研究的意義,并對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)集配中心模式進(jìn)行的研究成果和進(jìn)度做了總結(jié)分析,指出集配中心模式研究中所存在的還有待深入研究之處,從而得出本文研究?jī)?nèi)容。然后對(duì)文中涉及的一些基礎(chǔ)的理論知識(shí)做了簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明,著重介紹了集配中心相關(guān)概念、思想等。其次,采用(Q,R)和(R,S)兩種庫(kù)存策略,在充分考慮了供應(yīng)鏈中供應(yīng)商和制造商雙方的利益的前提下,以達(dá)到利益最大化為目的,對(duì)研究的問(wèn)題做了描述和假設(shè),并建立了相關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)模型。之后利用Arena仿真軟件建立集配中心模式下的庫(kù)存系統(tǒng)仿真模型,分別研究了兩種庫(kù)存策略下,改變庫(kù)存參數(shù)時(shí)庫(kù)存成本和客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平的變化。最后,利用遺傳算法對(duì)仿真模型作進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,通過(guò)Arena內(nèi)置的VBA事件編寫(xiě)代碼,運(yùn)行仿真模型后將優(yōu)化前后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出優(yōu)化結(jié)果,找出能夠使庫(kù)存成本和客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平達(dá)到平衡的最優(yōu)庫(kù)存策略,為集配中心模式下庫(kù)存管理策略的選擇和制定提出指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:The rapid advance of economic globalization also has a great impact on the relationship between enterprises, and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Has become the current development. The trend toward a single enterprise is competitive. Has also evolved into. Competition between supply chain and supply chain. How to manage the supply chain effectively. Inventory management, as an indispensable part of supply chain management, has been paid more attention by many scholars. The centralized distribution center model is based on the traditional decentralized inventory management model. As a large component inventory concentration point, the centralized distribution center can realize the unification of inventory management, but how to formulate a reasonable inventory strategy. It is the focus of inventory management to balance inventory cost and customer service level and attract more suppliers. First of all, this paper analyzes the significance of the research from the background of the generation of the distribution center model, and summarizes and analyzes the research results and progress of the current domestic and foreign scholars on the distribution center model. It is pointed out that the research on the pattern of set and distribution center needs to be further studied, and the research content of this paper is obtained. Then some basic theoretical knowledge involved in this paper is briefly explained, and the related concepts and ideas of set distribution center are emphatically introduced. Secondly, two inventory strategies (QR) and (RCS) are used to describe and hypothesize the problems studied, taking full account of the interests of both suppliers and manufacturers in the supply chain, in order to maximize the benefits. The related mathematical models are established. Then the simulation model of inventory system is established by using Arena simulation software, and the changes of inventory cost and customer service level under two inventory strategies are studied respectively. Finally, the simulation model is further optimized by genetic algorithm. After running the simulation model, the results before and after optimization are compared, and the optimization results are obtained. To find out the optimal inventory strategy which can balance inventory cost and customer service level, and provide guidance for the selection and formulation of inventory management strategy under the model of set and distribution center.
