【摘要】：隨著我國近年來宏觀經(jīng)濟形勢的變化,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展也進入了“新常態(tài)”,特別是在近年蓬勃發(fā)展的汽車業(yè),低質(zhì)化的價格競爭已經(jīng)不能適應市場的新要求,整車企業(yè)紛紛把“質(zhì)量”提到了戰(zhàn)略的高度。作為汽車零部件鑄造企業(yè),必須建立和完善企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系,不斷提升鑄件質(zhì)量水平,才能適應整車企業(yè)日益提升的質(zhì)量需求。本文以一汽FC公司鑄造一廠質(zhì)量管理體系為研究對象,從質(zhì)量管理的基本理論和方法的發(fā)展和演變出發(fā),提出了在TS16949體系框架內(nèi)引入六西格瑪改進企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的可行性;并針對企業(yè)現(xiàn)行質(zhì)量管理體系存在的客戶類和效率類問題,從人、機、法、環(huán)四個方面運用魚骨圖分析法,進行剖析發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量管理體系問題的原因為:質(zhì)量認知偏差、質(zhì)量績效指標設定不合理、質(zhì)量管理體系過程設計不完善等;接著通過明確質(zhì)量管理體系改進原則和目標,并基于六西格瑪理論,從質(zhì)量方針改進、質(zhì)量績效平臺優(yōu)化、質(zhì)量管理體系過程改進等方面對鑄造一廠質(zhì)量管理體系改進進行了方案設計。為保障改進方案的順利實施,又進一步提出了企業(yè)高層的參與和支持、質(zhì)量管理體系組織結構的優(yōu)化、內(nèi)部監(jiān)督機制的優(yōu)化三個方面的實施保障措施。最后,對企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系改進研究過程總結的同時,也提出了后期持續(xù)優(yōu)化的方向建議。本文對一汽FC公司鑄造一廠質(zhì)量管理體系改進的研究,有助于解決目前企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理存在的問題,提升企業(yè)核心競爭力。另外,對同類企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系改進和完善具有一定的參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the change of our country's macroeconomic situation in recent years, the development of manufacturing industry has also entered the "new normal", especially in the booming automobile industry in recent years, the low quality price competition can no longer meet the new requirements of the market. The whole car enterprise has raised the "quality" to the strategic height one after another. As an automobile parts foundry enterprise, it is necessary to establish and perfect the enterprise quality management system and continuously improve the casting quality level in order to adapt to the increasing quality demand of the whole car enterprise. This paper takes the quality management system of Foundry 1 Plant of FAW FC Company as the research object, starting from the development and evolution of the basic theory and method of quality management, puts forward the feasibility of introducing six Sigma to improve the enterprise quality management system within the framework of TS16949 system. Aiming at the customer and efficiency problems existing in the current quality management system of enterprises, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in quality management system by using fish bone chart analysis from the aspects of human, machine, law and ring, and finds the reasons for the problems are: the deviation of quality cognition. The quality performance index setting is unreasonable, the quality management system process design is not perfect and so on, then through clear quality management system improvement principle and goal, and based on six Sigma theory, from the quality policy improvement, the quality performance platform optimization, The quality management system of the first foundry plant was designed from the aspects of process improvement of quality management system. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement scheme, the paper also puts forward three implementation measures: the participation and support of the senior level, the optimization of the organization structure of the quality management system, and the optimization of the internal supervision mechanism. Finally, the paper summarizes the research process of enterprise quality management system improvement, and puts forward the direction of continuous optimization in the later stage. In this paper, the improvement of the quality management system of FAW FC Foundry No. 1 Plant is studied, which is helpful to solve the problems existing in the enterprise quality management at present and to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. In addition, it has some reference significance for improving and perfecting the quality management system of similar enterprises.
