【摘要】：本文結(jié)合江蘇省調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)反映出來的突出問題與現(xiàn)實需求,探尋優(yōu)化中小微企業(yè)制度供給的可行方法。一方面對中小微企業(yè)的支持力度不足、普惠性制度供給不足、公共物品供給不足、制度創(chuàng)新不足;另一方面扭曲性制度供給過度,成為資源錯配的重要因素。最后,本文提出優(yōu)化制度供給的對策。
[Abstract]:Combining with the outstanding problems and realistic demand reflected by the survey data in Jiangsu Province, this paper explores the feasible methods to optimize the institutional supply of small and medium-sized enterprises. On the one hand, the support for small and medium-sized enterprises is insufficient, the supply of inclusive system is insufficient, the supply of public goods is insufficient, and the system innovation is insufficient; on the other hand, the distorted institutional supply is excessive and becomes an important factor in the mismatch of resources. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of optimizing the system supply.
