【摘要】：經(jīng)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),中小企業(yè)商業(yè)聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新融資模式能有效解決中小企業(yè)融資困境。借鑒行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,深刻剖析該融資模式的形成路徑、構(gòu)建條件及運(yùn)行效果。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論清晰地闡述了中小企業(yè)商業(yè)聯(lián)盟融資模式形成的內(nèi)在機(jī)理和邏輯關(guān)系,具有適用性;異質(zhì)行為人通過(guò)共同利益訴求相互聯(lián)結(jié)是模式形成的必要條件;異質(zhì)主體間合理的利益分配是保障模式穩(wěn)定運(yùn)營(yíng)的關(guān)鍵因素。通過(guò)研究,以期為經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下構(gòu)建多元化中小企業(yè)融資供給路徑提供創(chuàng)新思路。
[Abstract]:It is proved by practice that the innovative financing mode of SME business alliance can effectively solve the financing dilemma of SMEs. Based on the theory of actor network, the formation path, construction condition and operation effect of the financing mode are deeply analyzed. The results show that: the theory of actor network clearly expounds the internal mechanism and logical relationship of the formation of SME business alliance financing mode, which is applicable; It is necessary for heterogeneous actors to connect with each other through common interests, and the reasonable distribution of benefits among heterogeneous subjects is the key factor to ensure the stable operation of the mode. Through the research, we hope to provide innovative ideas for the construction of diversified financing supply path of small and medium-sized enterprises under the new normal state of economy.
