【摘要】：海外投資步伐選擇是中國企業(yè)國際化進程中的一個關鍵性抉擇。本文以2000-2010年中國的滬市上市公司為研究樣本,分析了三種行業(yè)經(jīng)驗,即自身子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗、其他母公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗和其他子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗對中國企業(yè)海外投資步伐的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:自身子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗對中國企業(yè)海外投資步伐有示范效應;其他母公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗和其他子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗對中國企業(yè)海外投資步伐有競爭效應;并且,其他母公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗和其他子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗的競爭效應對自身子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗的示范效應有負向的調(diào)節(jié)作用;此外,進一步的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)控制中的母公司控制對自身子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗的示范效應有正向的調(diào)節(jié)作用;企業(yè)規(guī)模對自身子公司行業(yè)經(jīng)驗的示范效應有負向的調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,關于行業(yè)劃分的研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),對于制造業(yè)和服務業(yè)而言,行業(yè)經(jīng)驗對中國企業(yè)海外投資步伐的影響存在差異。上述發(fā)現(xiàn)對于今后中國企業(yè)的海外投資步伐選擇有著重要的啟示和意義。
[Abstract]:The choice of overseas investment is a key choice in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises. Based on the sample of listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange of China from 2000 to 2010, this paper analyzes the influence of three kinds of industry experience on the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises, that is, their own subsidiary industry experience, other parent company industry experience and other subsidiary company industry experience. The results show that: the industry experience of its subsidiaries has a demonstration effect on the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises; the industry experience of other parent companies and other subsidiary companies have a competitive effect on the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises; and, The competition effect of industry experience of other parent companies and other subsidiary companies has a negative effect on the demonstration effect of their own subsidiary industry experience. In addition, further studies have found that, The parent company control in the enterprise control has the positive adjustment function to the demonstration effect of its subsidiary company's industry experience, and the enterprise scale has the negative adjustment function to its subsidiary company's industry experience demonstration effect. Finally, the research on the division of industries also found that for manufacturing and service industries, the impact of industry experience on the pace of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises is different. The above findings have important implications for the choice of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises in the future.
