【摘要】：高速公路行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中占據(jù)著非常重要的地位,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中高速公路里程及通達程度也在一定程度上反映著一個國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,隨著我國經(jīng)濟總量的不斷擴大,人民生活水平全面進入小康,提高物流效率,便捷大眾出行,成為高速公路行業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo),而要實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),必然要進一步擴大公路建成里程,高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化、便捷化成為必然選擇,立體交通的運用和銜接成為必然的發(fā)展趨勢。綜合交通的發(fā)展離不開資金投入,而企業(yè)自身的資金投入往往難以滿足建設(shè)需求,融資問題自然而然的成為各個企業(yè)考慮的要素,制定切實可行的融資戰(zhàn)略成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。融資戰(zhàn)略作為財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的子戰(zhàn)略,屬于企業(yè)的職能戰(zhàn)略,尤其對于大型企業(yè)來說,有效的融資戰(zhàn)略直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的發(fā)展和社會功能的實現(xiàn)。本文首先闡述了研究的背景和意義,融資方面相關(guān)的理論,研究的思路、方法及運用的工具;其次運用PEST分析法對甘肅省公路航空旅游投資集團有限公司的宏觀環(huán)境進行分析,運用行業(yè)周期理論和波特五力模型對企業(yè)行業(yè)環(huán)境進行分析;接著通過資料收集,對企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行全面分析;最后運用內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣(IFE矩陣),外部因素評價矩陣(EFE矩陣)、SWOT分析矩陣、定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣(QSPM矩陣)對企業(yè)融資戰(zhàn)略進行分析、制定和選擇,并最終提出實施保障措施和建議。通過本文對融資戰(zhàn)略的分析,可以得到如下結(jié)論:1、通過外部和內(nèi)部融資環(huán)境分析可知,省公航旅集團所處的高速公路行業(yè)融資與企業(yè)外部環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境的相關(guān)性很高。2、通過內(nèi)外部因素評價矩陣、SWOT分析矩陣和QSPM矩陣的分析可知,集團公司適合采用母子公司協(xié)同融資創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,即借助各種發(fā)展機遇,整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資產(chǎn),主業(yè)與輔業(yè)經(jīng)營相結(jié)合,形成合力,打造優(yōu)質(zhì)子公司,形成多個融資渠道,探索PPP融資模式及股權(quán)融資渠道。3、為保障融資戰(zhàn)略的實施與控制,省公航旅集團應(yīng)該一方面采用資本結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化債務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),一方面采用融資渠道戰(zhàn)略,創(chuàng)新融資渠道。
[Abstract]:Expressway industry occupies a very important position in the development of national economy. In the process of economic development, the mileage and accessibility of expressway also reflect the level of a country's economic development to a certain extent. With the continuous expansion of the total economic volume of our country, the people's standard of living has entered into a well-off society in an all-round way, improving the efficiency of logistics and making it convenient for the public to travel, which has become the development goal of the expressway industry, and this goal should be realized. It is necessary to further expand the mileage of highway construction, the network and intelligence of highway, the convenience of highway, and the application and connection of three-dimensional traffic become the inevitable development trend. The development of comprehensive transportation can not be separated from the capital investment, but the capital investment of the enterprise itself is often difficult to meet the construction needs, so the financing problem naturally becomes the element of each enterprise to consider. It is an inevitable choice for enterprises to make feasible financing strategy. As a sub-strategy of financial strategy, financing strategy belongs to the functional strategy of enterprises, especially for large enterprises, the effective financing strategy is directly related to the development of enterprises and the realization of social functions. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research, financing related theories, research ideas, methods and tools, and then uses pest analysis to analyze the macro environment of Gansu Highway Aviation Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. Using the industry cycle theory and Porter's five forces model to analyze the enterprise industry environment, then through the data collection, the enterprise internal environment is comprehensively analyzed. Finally, the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE matrix), the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE matrix) and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM matrix) are used to analyze, formulate and select the enterprise financing strategy. And finally put forward the implementation of safeguards and recommendations. Through the analysis of the financing strategy in this paper, we can get the following conclusion: 1, through the analysis of the external and internal financing environment, The relationship between expressway industry financing and enterprise external environment and industry environment is very high. Through the analysis of SWOT analysis matrix and QSPM matrix of internal and external factors, it can be known that, The group company is suitable to adopt the innovative strategy of cooperative financing of parent-subsidiary companies, that is, by means of various development opportunities, the integration of high-quality assets, the combination of main and auxiliary industries, the formation of joint forces, the creation of high-quality subsidiaries, and the formation of multiple financing channels. In order to ensure the implementation and control of the financing strategy, the provincial public aviation travel group should adopt the capital structure strategy, optimize the debt structure, on the other hand, adopt the financing channel strategy and innovate the financing channel.
