K公司人力資源管理優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略的研究

【摘要】:人力資源是企業(yè)組成的基本元素,在企業(yè)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程中起到?jīng)Q定性的作用。在企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的時(shí)候,人力資源如何與企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型同步發(fā)展,如何構(gòu)建新的人力資源管理體系,幫助企業(yè)成功轉(zhuǎn)型,是廣大企業(yè)家和人力資源管理者需要深度思考的問題。本文從K公司業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中人力資源開發(fā)管理問題展開研究,對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及管理制度進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中人力資源開發(fā)管理的主要問題、優(yōu)化對(duì)策及建議。人力資源管理概念經(jīng)過近百年的發(fā)展,其想相關(guān)理論已經(jīng)很成熟,為本文的論述提供了理論依據(jù),從人力資源開發(fā)與企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系出發(fā),分析存在問題,從人力資源轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)方面尋求解決問題的突破口,設(shè)計(jì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源管理轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展優(yōu)化策略,幫助民營(yíng)企業(yè)成功轉(zhuǎn)型和持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文在人力資源管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過案例闡明了人力資源管理對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的重要性,同時(shí)指出人力資源開發(fā)作為企業(yè)獲取人力資源最直接有效的手段,是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ);企業(yè)需要轉(zhuǎn)型,人力資源管理也應(yīng)該發(fā)展和升級(jí),以保證轉(zhuǎn)型成功。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過程的人力資源管理策略,希望對(duì)廣大民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源管理提供有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the basic element of enterprise composition, and plays a decisive role in the whole production process of enterprise. In the process of enterprise transformation, how to develop human resource synchronously with enterprise transformation, how to construct new human resource management system and how to help enterprise transform successfully are the problems that entrepreneurs and human resource managers need to think deeply. This paper studies human resource development and management in the process of business transformation of K Company, and analyzes the current situation and management system of human resource management in private enterprises. On this basis, the main problems of human resource development and management in the process of enterprise transformation are put forward, and the optimization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The concept of human resource management has been developed for nearly 100 years, and its related theory has been very mature, which provides a theoretical basis for the discussion in this paper. From the internal relationship between human resource development and enterprise transformation, the paper analyzes the existing problems. From the aspect of human resource transformation and upgrading, this paper seeks for a breakthrough in solving the problem, designs the optimization strategy of human resources management transformation and development in private enterprises, and helps private enterprises to successfully transform and develop continuously. Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper illustrates the importance of human resource management to private enterprises through cases, and points out that human resource development is the most direct and effective means for enterprises to obtain human resources. It is the foundation of the sustainable development of the enterprise, the enterprise needs the transformation, the human resource management should also develop and upgrade, in order to ensure the success of the transformation. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the strategy of human resource management in the process of enterprise transformation, hoping to provide useful reference and reference for the human resource management of the majority of private enterprises.
