【摘要】：本文利用2010年中央企業(yè)開始全面實施EVA業(yè)績評價這一自然事件,檢驗了業(yè)績評價改變是否會影響企業(yè)風險承擔。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),實施EVA業(yè)績評價制度后,中央企業(yè)改變了風險承擔水平;當管理者擁有較低權力、較高能力以及較多薪酬激勵時,實施EVA業(yè)績評價制度后中央企業(yè)會更積極去承擔風險。進一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),EVA業(yè)績評價制度顯著增加了中央企業(yè)價值。本文研究不僅豐富了企業(yè)風險承擔研究內(nèi)容,而且對于完善業(yè)績評價制度和提高企業(yè)風險承擔水平提供了參考。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of the natural event of implementing EVA performance evaluation in central enterprises in 2010, and tests whether the change of performance evaluation will affect the risk bearing of enterprises. The study found that after implementing EVA performance evaluation system, the central enterprise changed the risk-taking level; when managers have lower power, higher ability and more compensation incentive, After implementing EVA performance evaluation system, central enterprises will take risks more actively. Further research found that EVA performance evaluation system significantly increased the value of central enterprises. The research in this paper not only enriches the research content of enterprise risk bearing, but also provides a reference for perfecting the performance evaluation system and improving the level of enterprise risk bearing.
