【摘要】：管理者對(duì)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的解釋對(duì)其戰(zhàn)略選擇具有重要影響,而企業(yè)探索式創(chuàng)新、利用式創(chuàng)新及兩者平衡是影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略,考察管理解釋對(duì)組織二元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新的影響具有重要意義。基于管理認(rèn)知過(guò)程研究,提出一系列關(guān)于管理解釋與組織二元性(包括探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新)關(guān)系的假設(shè),基于207份問(wèn)卷樣本數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),管理者威脅解釋會(huì)促進(jìn)利用式創(chuàng)新,而機(jī)會(huì)解釋會(huì)促進(jìn)探索式創(chuàng)新;管理者矛盾性解釋會(huì)促進(jìn)組織二元性,而管理團(tuán)隊(duì)行動(dòng)一致性在以上關(guān)系中具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)論豐富了管理認(rèn)知過(guò)程的重要環(huán)節(jié)——管理者外部環(huán)境解釋,并將其與組織發(fā)展重要因素——組織二元性相結(jié)合,刻畫(huà)了如何通過(guò)對(duì)外部信息的矛盾性解釋,辯證地考察企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)而成功構(gòu)建二元性組織。
[Abstract]:Managers' explanation of strategic environment has an important influence on their strategic choice, while enterprise's exploratory innovation, utilization innovation and their balance are the important strategies that affect the development of enterprises. It is of great significance to investigate the influence of management explanation on organizational dualistic innovation. Based on the study of management cognitive process, a series of assumptions about the relationship between management interpretation and organizational duality (including exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation) are proposed. The manager threat explanation will promote the utilization innovation, while the opportunity explanation will promote the exploration innovation, the manager contradiction explanation will promote the organization duality, and the management team action consistency will have the positive adjustment function in the above relations. The conclusion enriches the important link in the process of management cognition, that is, the explanation of the external environment of the manager, and combines it with the duality of organization, which is an important factor in the development of the organization, and describes how to interpret the contradiction of the external information by means of the contradictory explanation of the external information. Dialectically investigate the enterprise development strategy, and then successfully build dual organization.
