顧客時(shí)間偏好下基于WCVaR的供應(yīng)鏈采購與分銷決策集成優(yōu)化

【摘要】:在日常運(yùn)作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與失效風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并存環(huán)境下,通過多源采購、替代源供應(yīng)和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)等彈性策略,研究決策者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避與顧客時(shí)間偏好行為下的供應(yīng)鏈采購與分銷決策集成優(yōu)化問題,提出相應(yīng)的隨機(jī)機(jī)會(huì)約束規(guī)劃模型及求解方法。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):基于WCVaR風(fēng)險(xiǎn)測度的優(yōu)化模型,能夠使供應(yīng)鏈利潤與服務(wù)水平表現(xiàn)出更高的魯棒性,從而更好地滿足風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避型決策者的決策需求;與下游分銷環(huán)節(jié)的不確定性相比,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避型決策者應(yīng)當(dāng)更加重視上游采購環(huán)節(jié)不確定性的應(yīng)對(duì)與控制;產(chǎn)品流行期的延長和顧客對(duì)產(chǎn)品長期與短期價(jià)值感知敏感程度的降低,都會(huì)促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找婺芰Φ奶岣。此?根據(jù)敏感性分析的結(jié)論,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避型決策者在顧客時(shí)間偏好下的采購與分銷決策提出建議。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of daily operation risk and failure risk, through the elastic strategies of multi-source purchasing, alternative source supply and transshipment, this paper studies the integration optimization of supply chain purchasing and distribution decision under the behavior of risk aversion and customer time preference. A stochastic chance constrained programming model and its solution are proposed. It is found that the optimization model based on WCVaR risk measurement can make the profit and service level of supply chain show higher robustness, thus better meet the decision-making needs of risk-averse decision makers, and compare with the uncertainty of downstream distribution link. The risk-averse decision makers should pay more attention to the uncertainty response and control of the upstream purchasing process, and the prolongation of the product catchment period and the reduction of the sensitivity of customers to the long-term and short-term value perception of the products will promote the improvement of the profitability of the supply chain. In addition, according to the conclusion of sensitivity analysis, some suggestions are put forward for risk-averse decision makers to make purchase and distribution decisions under customer time preference.
