F公司SAP生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,越來越多的企業(yè)面臨產(chǎn)能瓶頸、庫(kù)存堆積、零件短缺,生產(chǎn)力低下等一系列問題,改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)顯得極為緊迫和必要。為響應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)要求,功能強(qiáng)大的SAP生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)在物料需求計(jì)劃和制造資源計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來,為制造業(yè)公司提供了全面的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的解決方案,可以對(duì)公司的在制品及產(chǎn)成品的庫(kù)存、設(shè)備計(jì)劃能力、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃MRP、設(shè)備能力計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)成本等實(shí)現(xiàn)高效管理,使企業(yè)降低在制品及產(chǎn)成品庫(kù)存,保證原材料及時(shí)供應(yīng),提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,及時(shí)完成產(chǎn)量目標(biāo)。F集團(tuán)是一家獨(dú)立的全球工業(yè)集團(tuán),主要致力于汽車零件的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和銷售,產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)主機(jī)場(chǎng)配套市場(chǎng)和售后維修市場(chǎng)。本文首先對(duì)F公司傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)探討其生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程和執(zhí)行過程中存在的問題。其次,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和控制研究方面的先進(jìn)理論技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了 F公司的SAP生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模式。然后,本文從SAP的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程優(yōu)化、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立、SAP生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行控制改善和F公司的SAP拉動(dòng)式生產(chǎn)四方面對(duì)F公司進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐和改善,該方案使生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃靈活可見,有效指導(dǎo)了車間作業(yè)排序,提高了訂單的準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率,合理控制了庫(kù)存水平。最后,對(duì)本文所取得的成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),每個(gè)企業(yè)要充分分析各自生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中存在的實(shí)際問題,并結(jié)合先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制的管理技術(shù)、流程和系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)出符合企業(yè)自身的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的解決方案,使公司朝著精益化的方向發(fā)展,從而提高企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious. More and more enterprises are facing a series of problems, such as capacity bottleneck, inventory accumulation, parts shortage, low productivity and so on. Improving the existing production planning business system is extremely urgent and necessary. In response to the fierce competition of the market, the powerful SAP production planning system is developed on the basis of material requirement planning and manufacturing resource planning, which provides a comprehensive production planning solution for manufacturing companies. We can manage the inventory, equipment planning ability, production plan MRP, equipment capacity plan, production cost of WIP and finished products, so as to reduce the inventory of WIP and finished products, and ensure the timely supply of raw materials. Improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, timely completion of production targets. F Group is an independent global industrial group, mainly engaged in the design, production and sales of automotive parts, products to supply the main airport supporting market and after-sales maintenance market. In this paper, the current situation of traditional production operation management in F Company is analyzed, and the problems existing in the production planning process and execution process are discussed at the same time. Secondly, the SAP production planning model of F Company is designed by combining the advanced theory and technology of production planning and control research at home and abroad. Then, this paper has carried on the practice and the improvement to F company from four aspects of SAP production plan flow optimization, production plan database establishment, SAP production plan execution control improvement and F company SAP pull production. This scheme makes the production plan flexible and visible, effectively instructs the scheduling of workshop jobs, improves the on-time delivery rate of orders, and reasonably controls the inventory level. Finally, this paper summarizes the achievements of this paper, each enterprise should fully analyze the actual problems in their respective production plans, and combine with advanced production planning and control management technology, processes and systems, Design the solution that accords with the enterprise's own production plan, make the company develop in the direction of lean, so as to improve the enterprise's comprehensive competitive power.
