【摘要】：深圳建設(shè)全球科學(xué)中心的目標(biāo)是提高源頭創(chuàng)新能力。文章對(duì)深圳在科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人才儲(chǔ)備和高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐等方面所具備的基礎(chǔ)條件展開評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合與北京和上海等科學(xué)中心的對(duì)比,找出深圳在國(guó)家重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、基礎(chǔ)研究人才和高等教育質(zhì)量等方面還存在差距,最后,針對(duì)這些差距就如何完善深圳科學(xué)中心建設(shè)提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen's goal in building a global science center is to improve its ability to innovate at its source. The article evaluates the basic conditions of Shenzhen in terms of science and technology infrastructure, talent reserve and high-tech industry support, and combines with scientific centers such as Beijing and Shanghai to find out Shenzhen's major scientific and technological infrastructure in the country. There are still gaps in basic research talents and the quality of higher education. Finally, some policy suggestions on how to perfect the construction of Shenzhen Science Center are put forward.
