在華韓國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任問題研究

【摘要】:中韓建交20多年來,兩國在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的合作不斷加深,中國已成為與韓國經(jīng)濟(jì)往來最密切的大國之一。但是隨著中國新政策的推出,在華韓國企業(yè)在積極應(yīng)對、取得突出成就的同時也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)。許多韓國企業(yè)由于各方面原因?qū)е略谌A投資失敗,撤離中國的韓國企業(yè)正在逐年增加。目前對在華韓國企業(yè)的研究主要集中在在華韓企跨文化管理方面,很少有學(xué)者對在華韓企社會責(zé)任問題進(jìn)行研究,并且現(xiàn)有的一些研究主要關(guān)注在華韓企企業(yè)社會責(zé)任本身,缺乏從文化差異視角對在華韓國企業(yè)和中方企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的不同進(jìn)行深入探討。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法和訪談法,側(cè)重對在華韓企的社會責(zé)任現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,通過文獻(xiàn)分析和與政府、企業(yè)家訪談,掌握數(shù)家在華韓企案例,在分析了中韓兩國的貿(mào)易發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和在華韓企管理狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,對比了在華韓企和中國企業(yè)在社會責(zé)任狀況方面的不同。研究結(jié)果顯示,在華韓企社會責(zé)任實(shí)踐的失利與障礙主要是因?yàn)閮蓢幕牟町。韓國由于地理位置優(yōu)越性及一脈相承的歷史文化方便了其進(jìn)軍中國市場,要想成功進(jìn)軍中國市場,加強(qiáng)兩國合作,韓國企業(yè)必須深入了解中國思想文化及習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)漢語文化、中國稅法等經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的同時,積極做好在華韓企的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任,這才是企業(yè)生存的長久之計。本文通過大量的調(diào)研和訪談,在獲得第一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的相關(guān)理論,對在華韓企和中國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任進(jìn)行了較為深入地對比分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),兩國企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任的差異主要來源于兩國文化的不同。并且從文化的角度,為韓國企業(yè)更好地融入中國市場提出了相應(yīng)的建議和對策,進(jìn)而推動韓國企業(yè)在中國的成功率,推動兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and South Korea more than 20 years ago, economic cooperation between the two countries has deepened, and China has become one of the countries with the closest economic ties with South Korea. But with the introduction of China's new policy, Korean enterprises in China are facing many challenges as well as outstanding achievements. Many Korean companies have failed to invest in China due to various reasons, and the number of Korean enterprises leaving China is increasing year by year. At present, the research on Korean enterprises in China is mainly focused on cross-cultural management of enterprises in China and Korea. Few scholars study the issue of social responsibility of enterprises in China and Korea, and some existing studies mainly focus on corporate social responsibility of enterprises in China and Korea. Lack of cultural differences from the perspective of Korean enterprises in China and the differences in corporate social responsibility. This article mainly uses the literature method and the interview method, emphatically carries on the analysis research to the social responsibility present situation of the enterprise in China and Korea, through the literature analysis and the interview with the government and the entrepreneur, grasps several cases of the Korean enterprise in China. On the basis of analyzing the development of trade and the management of enterprises in China and Korea, the differences between Chinese enterprises and Chinese enterprises in social responsibility are compared. The results show that the failure and obstacle of corporate social responsibility in China and Korea are mainly due to the cultural differences between the two countries. In order to successfully enter the Chinese market and strengthen cooperation between the two countries, Korean enterprises must have a deep understanding of Chinese ideology, culture and habits, and learn Chinese culture, in order to successfully enter the Chinese market and strengthen cooperation between the two countries. While China's tax laws and other economic policies, actively doing well in China and South Korean enterprises corporate social responsibility, this is the long-term solution for the survival of enterprises. Based on a large number of investigations and interviews and on the basis of obtaining first-hand information, this paper makes a comparative analysis of Han enterprises in China and corporate social responsibility in China based on the relevant theories of corporate social responsibility (CSR). It is found that the differences in corporate social responsibility between the two countries are mainly due to the cultural differences between the two countries. From the point of view of culture, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for Korean enterprises to better integrate into the Chinese market, thus promoting the success rate of Korean enterprises in China and promoting the development of economic and trade between the two countries.
