【摘要】：與以往社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究大都基于公司個(gè)體視角不同,本文檢驗(yàn)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的公司間效應(yīng)。結(jié)合董事直接連鎖關(guān)系和間接連鎖關(guān)系,利用對(duì)偶模型將所有公司進(jìn)行兩兩配對(duì),本文檢驗(yàn)了董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)公司間投資趨同的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),如果兩個(gè)公司之間存在董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系,公司間的投資水平和投資變化都更加趨同,而且該趨同效應(yīng)隨著董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)的強(qiáng)度增加而加強(qiáng);此外,公司的信息環(huán)境越差,對(duì)董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系這一非正式信息傳遞渠道的需求就越高,董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)公司間投資趨同的作用越明顯;進(jìn)一步看,當(dāng)兩個(gè)公司處于同一行業(yè)時(shí),董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)公司間投資趨同的作用越明顯;非獨(dú)立董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)公司間投資趨同的作用強(qiáng)于獨(dú)立董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系。為控制潛在的內(nèi)生性研究,本文還以董事死亡的外生事件作為自然實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了雙重差分檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,公司間的董事連鎖網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為政策制定信息的非正式獲取渠道和重要信息橋梁,為"社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和公司財(cái)務(wù)"交叉研究提供了進(jìn)一步的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the inter-firm effect of social network, which is based on the view of individual company. Combined with direct linkage and indirect linkage of directors, all companies are paired by dual model. This paper examines the influence of director chain network on the convergence of inter-firm investment. The results show that if there is a director chain network relationship between the two companies, the investment level and investment change of the two companies will be more similar, and the convergence effect will be strengthened with the increase of the intensity of the director chain network. The worse the information environment of the company, the higher the demand for the informal information transmission channel of the director chain network relationship, and the more obvious the role of the director chain network relationship in the convergence of inter-company investment. When the two companies are in the same industry, the effect of the interfirm investment convergence is more obvious than that of the independent director chain network relationship, and the non-independent director chain network relationship has stronger effect on the inter-firm investment convergence than the independent director chain network relationship. In order to control the potential endogenous research, this paper also uses the exogenous event of director death as a natural experiment to carry out a double differential test. The results show that the intercompany director chain network becomes an informal access channel and an important information bridge for policy making information, which provides further evidence for the cross-study of "social network and corporate finance".
