【摘要】：本文從實(shí)物投資的角度,考慮了委托代理下的管理者內(nèi)生化薪酬問(wèn)題,研究了管理者特質(zhì)(樂(lè)觀和自信)對(duì)投資時(shí)機(jī)和最優(yōu)薪酬的影響。利用實(shí)物期權(quán)方法,本文得到了最優(yōu)薪酬的解析解。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)合理的薪酬可以消除股東-管理者之間的委托代理問(wèn)題。最優(yōu)股權(quán)份額隨著管理者的樂(lè)觀、自信程度增加而減少;最優(yōu)投資時(shí)機(jī)隨著管理者的樂(lè)觀、自信程度的增加而降低。同時(shí),樂(lè)觀自信的管理者更偏向于外部融資。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from the perspective of physical investment, we consider the issue of endogenous remuneration of managers under principal-agent conditions, and study the influence of managers' characteristics (optimism and self-confidence) on the timing of investment and optimal compensation. In this paper, the analytical solution of optimal compensation is obtained by using real option method. It is found that reasonable compensation can eliminate the principal-agent problem between shareholders and managers. The optimal equity share decreases with the manager's optimism and the confidence level increases, while the optimal investment opportunity decreases with the manager's optimism and the confidence level increasing. At the same time, optimistic and confident managers prefer external financing.
