【摘要】：2016年10月起,中國青少年研究中心對北京、重慶、廣州、常州、馬鞍山五個城市的一線快遞員群體進行了抽樣調(diào)查,豐富了對新興特殊行業(yè)青年群體的研究;同時,本文運用相關(guān)理論闡釋和分析了我國城市中快遞員群體的生存現(xiàn)狀及城市融入等問題,希望可以為快遞行業(yè)的規(guī)范化、快遞行業(yè)員工的培訓與心理援助等提供指導性意見,為政府工作提供重要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In October 2016 , the Chinese Youth Research Center conducted a sampling survey on the first - line express group of five cities in Beijing , Chongqing , Guangzhou , Changzhou and Ma On Shan , which enriched the study of the youth groups in the emerging special industries . At the same time , this paper explained and analyzed the current situation and urban integration of the express personnel group in the cities of our country by using the relevant theories . It is hoped that the guidance opinions can be provided for the standardization of the express industry , the training and psychological assistance of the express industry employees , and the important reference basis for the government work can be provided .
