【摘要】：契合"十三五"時期新發(fā)展需求,借鑒生命學研究方法,視小微企業(yè)為生命體。通過分析小微企業(yè)內(nèi)部發(fā)展與外部環(huán)境發(fā)展的影響要素構成及各要素的作用,揭示小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在作用機理,確定發(fā)展相關性構成要素。在此基礎上,運用統(tǒng)計學方法建立了小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展能力函數(shù),構建了生命學視角的小微企業(yè)發(fā)展能力評價體系。以期通過函數(shù)的形式對我國小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展能力做出客觀、定量和有效的評價。通過實證分析,驗證了該發(fā)展能力評價體系的有效性和正確性。從而為政府及相關部門正確評估小微企業(yè),解決小微企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的瓶頸及"自生自滅,壽命短,死亡率高"問題,制定更加科學的扶持政策或干預調(diào)控提供科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the new development demand of the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the small and micro enterprises are regarded as life form by using the method of life science research for reference. By analyzing the influence factors of the internal development and the external environment development of the small and micro enterprises and the role of each factor, the internal mechanism of the development of the small and micro enterprises is revealed, and the constituent elements of the development correlation are determined. On this basis, the development ability function of small and micro enterprises is established by using statistical method, and the evaluation system of development ability of small and micro enterprises from the perspective of life science is constructed. In order to make objective, quantitative and effective evaluation of the development ability of small and micro enterprises in our country through the form of function. The validity and correctness of the evaluation system are verified by empirical analysis. It can provide scientific basis for the government and related departments to evaluate the small and micro enterprises correctly, solve the bottleneck in the development of small and micro enterprises and the problems of "self-existence, short life span, high mortality", and make more scientific supporting policies or intervention and control.
